Cell phones have become a very important part in our daily life.

The International
Telecommunication Union predicts that the number of mobile phones subscribers will reach to
four billion by end of the year 2008, mobile phone penetration has grown from 12 percent in
2000 to 60 percent of the world's population in year 2008 (UN News Centre, 2008). Fifty years
ago, to read the newspaper, you had to buy the printed version of it. If we wanted to listen to a
song, we had to have a radio, or if we wanted to work on the writing of some document, we had
to have a typewriter. That is, the range of activities, whether leisure, learning, or work, always
required a multiplicity of objects and situations to which they had to adapt. Today, all this was
achieved through a single device that has become, practically, the symbol of this new globalized
era and an essential object in the young and adult life.
