As for the configuration, for me, I prefer using online CME, CME process is as below

1. Synchronize planned area

 

2. Search the site under base station and right click to open “Carrier resource Management”
3. Right click near the TRXs to add GTRX group first , giving a TRX group ID
4. Click on the sector to add the sector equipment as below
5. Use the connector as shown below to connect GTRX group (PA)and the sector equipment
6. Export incremental script to make the change effective
7. Finally, in BSC side follow below configuration as an example, noting thenGTRX Group ID for
respective cells/sectors

In BSC side:
DEA GTRX:IDTYPE=BYID,TRXID=123;
MOD GTRX:IDTYPE=BYID,TRXID=123,GTRXGROUPID=6;
ACT GTRX:IDTYPE=BYID,TRXID=123;
