    1 PRISION MAYOR OR RECLUSION TEMPORAL 6 yrs and 1 day to 20 yrs if more than P2,200,000 1 year per 1 million (but shall not exceed 20 years)

    2 PRISION MAYOR minimum 6 years and 1 day to 8 years 1,200,000 - 2,200,000


    medium 8 years and 1 day to 10 years
    3 PRISION CORRECCIONAL medium 2 years, 4 months and 1 day to 4 years 600,000 - 1,200,000
    maximum 4 years, 2 months and 1 day to 6 years
    4 PRISION CORRECCIONAL minimum 6 months and 1 day to 2 years and 4 months 20,000 - 600,000

    5 ARRESTO MAYOR medium 2 months and 1 day to 4 months 5,000 - 20,000

    9 ARRESTO MENOR minimum 1 day to 10 days


    FINE (OR) not exceeding not over 500 offender acted under the impulse of hunger, poverty, or difficulty of
    5,000 earning a livelihood
