6. CONTROLES Y PUESTA EN MARCHA
6.1 Control de los sentidos del movimiento
• Llevar el panel a la mitad de la carrera aproximadamente.
• Activar la puerta, apretando los pulsadores adecuados, véase el, y controlar el correcto sentido del movimiento.
• Si necesario, invertir el sentido del movimiento, modificando la secuencia de las fases, utilizando los cables de línea aguas
arriba del interruptor general.
6.2 Regulación del burlete de cable
• Enroscar hasta intervención microswitch, sucesivamente aflojar 1/2 vuelta. Bloquear el contacto (dis.16).

7. DETECCIÓN DE LAS FALLAS ES
Antes de realizar cualquier operación y trabajo dentro de los aparatos electrónicos, asegurarse de que
PELIGRO se haya quitado la línea eléctrica de alimentación
Las siguientes instrucciones se dirigen exclusivamente a personal cualificado y autorizado. Las leyes
ATENCIÓN y normativas específicas se deben seguir siempre, incluso donde no se indica expresamente.
Para las reparaciones o sustituciones, utilizar siempre y únicamente recambios originales Entrematic
Group AB.

8. MANTENIMIENTO (cada 6 meses)
Deben realizarse inspecciones regulares, con arreglo a las normativas nacionales vigentes y a la documentación del
producto, por parte de técnicos cualificados y formados por Entrematic Group AB. La frecuencia de las intervenciones de
mantenimiento debe responder a las normativas nacionales vigentes y a la documentación del producto.
Fijación / Montaje
• Fije la tornillería de fijación entre el travesaño y las columnas
• Compruebe las fijaciones de la puerta al edificio o a la estructura portante
Motorización
• Compruebe la fijación del motor a los soportes correspondientes
• Comprobar la tensión de la cadena de transmisión
• Compruebe el funcionamiento del fin de carrera y la correcta alineación de las levas de accionamiento.
• Compruebe el desgaste del disco de freno y sustitúyalo si es necesario
• Comprobar el funcionamiento correcto del dispositivo manual de desbloqueo del freno (cuando esté previsto)
• Comprobar el desgaste de la correa del contrapeso. Si es necesario, sustituir la correa
Eje principal
• Compruebe la fijación correcta de los cojinetes
• Lubrique los soportes de los cojinetes mediante el engrasador adecuado (utilice grasa tipo XXX o compatible)
Dispositivos de seguridad
• Compruebe el correcto funcionamiento de la costa de seguridad
• Compruebe las condiciones de mantenimiento del perfil de goma (para tipo SOF)
• Compruebe la tensión o el eventual desgaste del cable de acero de la costa electromecánica
• Compruebe el eventual desgaste del cable de conexión móvil de la costa de seguridad
• Compruebe el desgaste de los patines laterales de la costa de seguridad
• Compruebe el correcto funcionamiento de las fotocélulas de seguridad

MANUAL DE USO ES
PRECAUCIONES DE EMPLEO
• No entrar en el radio de acción de la puerta durante la marcha.
• En caso de avería o de mal funcionamiento, desconectar el interruptor general. Las operaciones de
manutención, regulación y reparación deben ser efectuadas solamente por personal instruido y autorizado.
• Cada automación es equipada con el “Manual de instalación y manutención” que indica el plano de manutención
periódica. Se recomienda en particular la verificación de los dispositivos de seguridad.
BOTONES
• Abertura total: causa la abertura total de la puerta. La regulación de la carrera es obtenida por un microinterruptor
de fin de carrera.
• Abetura parcial: causa la abertura parcial de la puerta arreglada a tiempo por trimmer RP.
• Cierre: causa el cierre total de la puerta. La regulación de la carrera es obtenida por un microinterruptor de
fin de carrera.

MODO DE EMPLEO ES
Clase de servicio: 5 (mínimo 5 años de uso con 600 ciclos por día)
Uso: MUY INTENSIVO (para accessos de edificios industriales y comerciales con uso muy intensivo).
• La clase de servicio, los tiempos de utilización y el número de ciclos consecutivos tienen un valor indicativo. Se han
detectado estadísticamente en condiciones medias de uso y no pueden ajustarse a todos los casos. Estos valores se
refieren al período en el cual el producto funciona sin necesidad de mantenimiento extraordinario.
• Cada acceso automático presenta elementos variables como: fricciones, compensaciones y condiciones ambientales
que pueden modificar fundamentalmente tanto la duración como la calidad de funcionamiento del acceso automático o
de una parte de sus componentes (entre los cuales se encuentran los automatismos). Es responsabilidad del instalador
adoptar los coeficientes de seguridad adecuados para cada instalación específica.

4. Electric connections EN
4.1 Control panel
• Insert the cables with pre-wired terminal boards in the housing, and connect them to the cards (fig.13). Fit the cables in
the conduit and connect the connectors on the motor (fig.14).
4.2 Connecting the control panel / motor / security
• Figure 15 shows the layout of the cables supplied, and their position in the door; each cable is identified by a special code
on an adhesive label.
4.3 Safety photocells
• Wire the device as per the diagram (fig.15).
• Make the connections in the control panel, as shown in the diagrams

Note: if automatic closing is enabled, the stop is not permanent but at a

6. CHECKING AND STARTING
6.1 Check of the movement direction
• Move the panel until it reaches half-way with respect to its stroke.
• Open and close the door by pressing the relative push-buttons, and check the correct movement direction.
• If required, reverse the movement direction by modifying the sequence of the phase and acting on the line cable before
the main switch.
6.2 Cable safety edge adjustments
• Screw until micro switch trips, and then loosen a 1/2 turn. Block the contact (fig.16)

7. TROUBLESHOOTING EN
When working with electrical or electronic controls, make sure that the power source has been locked
DANGER out and tagged according to approved local electrical codes.
The following instructions are intended only for qualified personnel, authorized to operate under the
WARNING owners responsibility. Safety rules and local codes must be applied also when our instructions are not
specifying it in each single operation.
For repair or replacement only Entrematic Group AB original spare parts must be used.
Closure command at The motor does not move • The closing command is not correctly connected or is faulty
opened curtain (led IN does not switch ON).
• Safety device activated (led “Stop” flashing on the keyboard
and led SA fixed ON).
• The closing limit switch (C) is activated (led 11 fixed in ON).
• Opening command always activated (led IN always ON).
• Self-test of the safety device failed (led Stop on the keyboard
OFF and led SA flashing)

product documentation.
Installation / Fitting
• Tighten the fitting screws of the uprights with the crosspiece
• Check the anchoring of the door to the door frame
Motor
• Check the fixing of the motor to the relevant support
• Check the tensioning of the transmission chain
• Check the limit switches functioning and the good alignment with the cams.
• Check the brake disc wearing. If necessary replace the disc
• Check the properly manual release lever brake functioning (when applicable)
• Check the wear and tear of the counterweight belt. Replace the belt if necessary.
Main Shaft
• Check the good bearing supports fixing
• Lubricate the support of the bearings by suitable grease inlet
Safety Devices
• Check the good safety bar functioning
• Check the good conditions of the safety bar rubber profile
• Check the adjusting and the eventual wearing of the steel cable of the electromechanical safety edge
• Check the wearing of the mobile cable
• Check the wearing of the side plastic safety edge shoes
• Check the correct operation of the safety photocells

USE PRECAUTIONS
• Do not enter the door action area while the door is moving.
• In the event of a fault or malfunctioning, turn off the main switch. The operations of maintenance, adjustment
and repair must be carried out by skilled and authorised staff.
• Each automation has its own “Installation and Maintenance handbook”, reporting the periodical maintenance
plan. Please take care to check all the safety devices.
BUTTONS
• Full opening: the door opens completely. The stroke can be fixed via the end stop microswitch.
• Partial opening: the door opens partially, to a point time-regulated by the RP trimmer.
• Closing: the door closes completely. The stroke can be fixed via the end stop microswitch.
