teaching position in your district. She is an outstanding teacher and leader with the passion to excel in
either of these capacities. Her enthusiasm for teaching, her love for the students, her strong work
ethic, and her leadership qualities allow her to excel in this profession.

Faith has a solid training in pedagogical methods, along with great energy and enthusiasm. She has
shown excellent classroom management skills and developed a rapport with students, colleagues,
and parents that is characterized by mutual respect. Her teaching style is one that involves the
students in their learning. The activities she provides for students allows them a time to discuss,
question, and devise answers to further their learning and to challenge them academically. She also
provides a classroom environment that allows her students to be involved in their learning. It’s this
commitment to growth and her students’ well-being that makes Faith an outstanding educator who
empowers her students to take ownership in their learning.

Faith also is committed to lifelong learning. She successfully collaborated with her grade level team,
took advantage of professional development opportunities offered in the district, and lead professional
development for others not only in our school, but for other professionals in our district. She is the
Curriculum and Instruction Chair for our school where she plans the professional development
opportunities for the staff, she plans the agenda for the Professional Learning Communities for her
grade level, and she works closely with administration on leadership tasks.

Faith is charismatic and creative, and she thinks outside the box. She has my highest
recommendation, and I look forward to learning more about the accomplishments that lie in her
