It was through a broadcast by Dr. William Deagle in August this year
that I was made aware of what seem an imaginative and bold plan of
the “North American Water and Power Alliance” (NAWAPA).

This plan is designed not only to affect North America but in time,
the South American, European, Asian and African continents. It
will not be imposed, but will result through the willing agreement and
co-operation of sovereign nations, who grasp the vision and take up
the challenge, with the help of American technology and know-how
coupled with their own innovative ideas and science.

Lyndon LaRouche, an adviser to a number of American Presidents

including Ronald Reagan, in his Webcast of last Friday the 24th of
September 2010, has challenged the leadership of America and the
world to back him on this imaginative bid to save the world from
economic collapse and disaster, which, in his view, is now
imminent.

Two things give me hope that this plan is workable.

1. That the instigator and those whose support him have a working
relationship with their Creator

2. Lyndon LaRouche, has had the foresight to build around him and
train capable people, many from the immediate next

generation, who are now in the forefront of his plans, thus

allowing the chance of continuation.

3. As well as exposing both the worst of American and British

blunders, which challenge the accepted history of both nations -
indeed a shock to myself - Lyndon LaRouche is at pains to
differentiate between the leadership of both countries and
that of their peoples. LaRouche draws a sharp separation
between the historical works of both nation’s leadership and
the hopes and longings of those they at present govern!

4. Finally, anybody who knows their Bible, are

aware, as are LaRouche and Deagle, that unless
the Almighty approves a plan of Man, it will
simply come to nothing.

5. Further, that whatever maybe Man’s plans, the

Almighty’s own Master Plan of the return of His
Son to rule this world with Equity and Power, will
be shortly establish, and in the process He, Jesus
Christ the World’s Saviour, will destroy any plans
that are not supported by His Father, however
well intentioned.

With this understanding, lets consider Lyndon LaRouche’s challenge to

America and the world and if so led, let us pray and work towards it’s
fulfillment:
