COURSE DESCRIPTION
This course introduces both traditional and innovative technologies to facilitate and foster meaningful
and effective learning of the nature, application and production of the various types of educational
technologies.
COURSE OBJECTIVES
1. Become acquainted with the knowledge and skills on technology integration in instruction to
learners.
2. Learn to use and evaluate computer-based educational resources.
3. Explain the theories and principles of selecting, producing and utilizing instructional materials;
4. Plan, design and implement classroom activities using appropriate instructional materials.
5. Verify through field observations the theories as applied in the actual classroom context of the basic
educational classes (public and private)
6. Create a technology-inspired instructional material.
