Bachelor (Hons) Biology is part of sciences programs offered in Faculty of Applied Sciences, UiTM,
Pahang. This program is focusing in pure and applied biology. The faculty is committed towards
academic excellence through theoretical education as well as practical trainings.
As part of our continuous effort for student education and training, our students are sent to many
organizations to gain their industrial and work experiences after their third or fourth semester. The
trainings are set out to achieve the following milestones;
An exposure to industrial environment and industrial technology.

you that the candidate will not be accepting the offer due to the following reasons:
1. From our past experience in trying to get placements for our students, the students are encourage
to apply to as many company as possible as early as three to four months prior to their training
starting date as the number of rejections are quite high. Hence, the students are encouraged to take up
whatever offers that come in early.
2. The university does not provide any form of allowance during the industrial training. Therefore,
the student has to take into consideration their financial status during the industrial training. In other
words, availability of allowance from the company/organization offering the training and closeness to
their home would be very important factors in their decision making.

2. Dimaklumkan bahawa Program AS201, Ijazah Sarjana Muda (Kep.) Biologi adalah sebahagian
daripada program pengajian sains yang ditawarkan oleh Fakulti Sains Gunaan, UiTM Cawangan
