KEYSFIN DATA PLATFORM

KeysFin Data Platform is a solution that provides a “one-stop-check” experience, with the purpose of saving time and
financial resources. Build based on experience and specific needs of the banking and financial sectors, KeysFin
Platform offers complete information, with real-time updates and flexibility.

▪ The platform is used by specialists in fraud prevention, credit risk, debt

recovery, compliance, credit audit, factoring, sales, strategy, public
procurement, financial, legal, etc .
▪ KeysFin business information is a web application that is available to any
user with Internet access, from any location. The platform is accessible
through a link, and authentification is nedeed based on user and
password.
▪ The number of users that can be created is unlimited, it depends only on
our clients how many users they need. Information is displayed in
dedicated sections and can be very easily viewed and exported.

COMPLETE BUSINESS INFORMATION

▪ CREDIT REPORTS: All information about a company or individual involved in one or

more companies can be viewed in the KeysFin platform and exported in a
company or individual report;

▪ MONITORISATION SERVICIES: The business environment is very active and can

have a negative impact on your business. KeysFin Monitoring Service allows you to
be informed about any changes that may occur regarding your business partners
without effort. You are aware of any fluctuation that may have an impact on your
business and you can immediately take the necessary action;

▪ MARKETING LISTS: Directly from KeysFin application, the user can select and
export business data based on determined criteria. You can select companies
according to NACE code, address, financial data, company status, etc. The results
can be exported to lists of between 400 and 3000 companies in an Excel file and
also include existing contact data from official sources;

▪ DATA EXPORT: KeysFin database includes all entities registered with RECOM.
Upon customer request, based on specific criteria, we can export information from
the database. We can also export information, or we can calculate financial
indicators for a specific list of companies.

COMPLETE BUSINESS INFORMATION

▪ SKIP TRACING (SKT): With the help of this service, you can directly search in the
application for contact information of companies or individuals. If the user wants
to find more data about a company or individual they are investigating, the SKT
service will perform an automatic search on other than the official sources and
upload it to the application. The search is based on the name of the entity. There
are over 10 sources looking for additional contact information, including: Bizoo,
Blue Book, Phone Book, Online Economics, Firme Info, Info Companii, Yellow
Pages, National Pages, Firm Report;

▪ NEW COMPANIES: We can deliver, with a weekly frequency, the new companies
set up at RECOM;

▪ INTERNATIONAL REPORTS: Selectively, from 95% of countries, we can deliver,

through our partners, international credit reports;

▪ WEB SERVICE: KeysFin Web Service addresses the need of companies to automate
the process of entering financial or legal data about Romanian companies directly
into their internal systems.
