Table 1 - Maximum allowable concentrations When a metal fitting has been usedin the testing of
of certain metals a product, the assessment shall be made on the

NOTE 2 Experience from testing products using the method
described in BS 6920-2.6 over a number of years has shown that
products that satisfy these criteria on the first 24 h extracts also
conform to thefinal 24 h extracts.
