Oke rek.. di postingan kali ini saya akan share sedikit pengalaman saya menggunakan Debian.

Sekarang ini saya sibuk belajar Debian, buat persiapan ujian nanti. Nah, pada saat saya akan
menginstall aplikasi seperti Squid, Bind9 dll terjadi error yang seperti ini.

root@vpn:/# apt-get install squid

Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree
Reading state information... Done
E: Unable to locate package squid
Karena saya masih newbie, masih belum paham seluk beluk debian saya coba install ulang tapi
hasilnya sama saja tetep error. Saya coba googling dan ternyata cara mengatasinya cukup mudah.
Berikut caranya :

1. Silahkan tulis perintah berikut

nano /etc/apt/sources.list
2. Ganti menjadi seperti berikut.
deb http://ftp.debian.org/debian/ squeeze main contrib non-free
deb-src http://ftp.debian.org/debian/ squeeze main contrib non-free
3. Kemudian update.
apt-get update
