R S FASHIONARIES is a new sourcing agency in the field of garments industry which was commenced
in January 2017. It is also a member of BGMEA (Bangladesh Garments Manufacturers and Exporters
Association) Basically, this company plays the role of marketing for various garments. The marketing
activities include the searching of foreign garment buyers for the order of garments products, taking order
of ready-made garment products from them, placing order to local factories and providing overall support
to the both prospective of buyers and suppliers.
R S FASHIONARIES maintains a good medium of exchange of communication to the international
buyers. The company has experienced merchandisers and quality assurance/control team who are playing
by the rule to ensure the qualities of the products. Its main concern is to make sure that the products
purchased and released for shipment conforms with the buyer’s requirements and ensuring total customer
satisfaction by providing the buyers a range of good quality garments and services at a very reasonable
cost. Since 2017, R S FASHIONARIES has helped many foreign brands to source suppliers for their
garment products and accessories.

compliance factories who are capable enough to manufacture the cloths as well as accessories such as
hand tags, poly, labels-both main and size and other necessary accessories as per requirements. As
mentioned above that it also does the marketing activities which include the searching of foreign garment
buyers for the order of garments products, taking order of ready-made garment products from them, placing order

 Integrated Services:
MERCHANDISING DEPARTMENT
Since 2017, R S FASHIONARIES has hired some very good merchandising team who have the capacity
to do the detail costing and support the buyer parallel to get the correct price from the factory. They are
also responsible to do the thread bear follow up the strict time and action calendar to make sure the goods
are on correct fit, quality and shipped on time.

QUALITY CONTROL
R S FASHIONARIES has good quality controller having textile background who are involved from the
product development to shipment. This recruitment occurs on project basis and they temporary at this
point because it is a new company. However, the quality controllers work hand in hand with the
merchandisers.

COMMERCIAL DEPARTMENT
R S FASHIONARIES has a commercial team to follow up and check the documents for every order. As
it assures the correct documents check on time so that the customers do not face any problem while
releasing from the customs of the port.
