CORKAGE
Any drinks ( alcoholic or non alcoholic ) or food brought into the restaurant and consumed will charge for
corkage :
Rp. 200,000 ++ / bottle of wine
Rp. 350,000 ++ / bottle of liquer
Rp. 200,000 ++ / item for foods
Rp. 100.000 ++ / case soft drinks

BOOKING
Deposit : 50 % deposit should be settled to confirm the booking at least 7 days in advance .
Final payment must be settled 3 days period the event .
Payment : Payment can be made by Bank cheque or credit card
Payment to be settled at BungaRampai Restaurant cashier.
Cancellation : cancellation which is carried out 1 ( one ) week or less prior the event will be charge 50 %
from total bill.

TERM AND CONDITIONS

@ Shall the number of participants increased or decreased without notice, final charge will be applied
according to guarantee or actual attendance which ever greater.
@ Any damage arising as consequence of construction work, set up and dismantling work in any part of
the restaurant paints property will be borne by the client.
@ Any additional charge occur during event, the balances should be settled directly after event.
@ If the event used electrical items there will be additional charge for electicity such as :
1. Sound system 2,500,000 nett ( for whole building )
2. Video shooting , spot light ,Lcd in focus etc 2,000,000 nett ( for whole building )
3. For all private room and dinning area 500,000 nett
4. Not allowed to bring any outside cake

The payment should be settled by cash only
