Appendix A to the Invitation to Tender

Attendances & Scope of Works

Description of the Subcontract Works

The Subcontractor shall be responsible for all required surface preparations, the supply and application of an
epoxy coating system, the supply, delivery to site and site application of all epoxy works to the Manateq Oasis
Project at Ras Bufontas Special Economic Zone. The Subcontractor shall include for all required surface
preparation, protection of other works and the completion of the epoxy works package including all necessary
labour, plant, machinery, materials, equipment and supervision necessary to carry out and complete the works
in accordance with the specification documents, drawings and the following scope of works.

The scope of works outlined below are further amplified in the relevant sections of the specifications and the
Subcontractor has included for all things not listed above but which can be inferred as being necessary to
provide a fully functional application/ installation.

Alternative materials will be considered including value engineering design solutions that are considered equal
or better and that met any warranty and guarantee obligations of the Subcontract Works. These alternative
materials or value engineering solutions may either minimise or eliminate a task, method, activity and may
include material cost reductions. These revised methods will be required to be approved by the Engineer and
provide benefits favourable to the Contractor.

Subcontract Scope of Works – All to be Included As Per Drawings and Specifications

1. In summary the Subcontractor should include for the surface preparation including filling of all joints,
cracks, surface defects and holes in the concrete substrate, the supply and delivery of materials to site,
site application of an epoxy coating system to take future traffic, the protection and cleaning of the works,
where required for the works

2. The Subcontractor shall include for all surface preparation, the supply and application of an epoxy coating
system, which shall be fully durable, and hardwearing in order to take pedestrian traffic in future.

3. The Subcontractor shall examine the surface thoroughly to determine the suitability for taking the epoxy
coating system material.

4. The Subcontractor should include for the surface preparation subcontract works complete with all required
attendance including all flooring scarifying and grinding works, filling of all joints, cracks, surface defects
and holes in the concrete substrate, the supply and delivery of materials to site, site application, protection
and cleaning of the works

5. The Subcontractor shall include for all required concrete repair works including scarifying, grinding, filling
and the likes to all structural concrete elements which shall fully comply with the tolerances as recorded in
the project specification

6. The Subcontractor shall include for the complete preliminary (Pre commencement of the works),
intermediate (During the works) and the finalized (On completion of the works) site surveys of the finished
floor survey to establish a datum to finish the scarifying and grinding to achieve the required substrate
levels.

7. The Subcontractor shall include for all pre-cleaning of the finished surface including the removal of all
nails, screws, projecting reinforcing bars etc. which may cause damage to the Subcontractors concrete
repair plant and machinery.

8. The Subcontractor shall include for all scarifying/ floor planning/ scabbling and in layers to the finished
concrete floor surface to ensure that all convex levels are reduced as required in the Subcontractors
preliminary survey.

9. The Subcontractor shall include for all future concrete grinding to the finished concrete floor surface to
ensure that all concave levels are reduced to a minimum as required in the Subcontractors preliminary
site survey.

10. The Subcontractor shall include for all required concrete grinding and finishing to all edges including
areas with columns, walls, stairs, M.E.P. openings and any other permanent structures, which are
included in the area of works awarded to the Subcontractor.

11. The Subcontractor should include for a finish to the concrete floors with tolerance not exceeding +/- 2mm
deep and the finished floor surface ultimately must be acceptable, inspected by and approved by the
Contractor by means of an Inspection Request before the works can be deemed as completed.
Ultimately, the floor finish must be visually acceptable to the Contractor and the finished floor level will be
measured by a 3-meter straight edge to ensure the tolerances are to the required specification.

12. The Subcontractor shall allow for the final cleaning of the finished concrete floor surface, insofar that the
Subcontractor has provided a clean concrete substrate which will allow the Subcontractor to immediately
fill any concave areas without further and future cleaning of the surface.

13. The Subcontractor shall include for the supply and transportation and the horizontal distribution of a
minimum of 3 No. concrete scarifying machines and 3 No. concrete grinding machines required to carry
out the subcontract works in line with the Contractors Programme of Works which may be updated from
time to time.

14. The Subcontractor shall provide all dust extraction and dust prevention in order to complete the
Subcontractors works in a safe and environmental friendly manner.

15. The Subcontractor shall ensure that all finished concrete surfaces shall be sound, free from laitance and
contamination from oils, fuels, greases, mud, dirt, grit, water and shall be at least 28 days old.

16. The Subcontractor shall include for all required surface preparations including scabblers, floor grinders or
abrasive blasters where required. The Subcontractor shall ensure that all mechanical equipment come
complete with the required dust extractors and that dust pollution is kept to a minimum during the
Subcontract Works.

17. The Subcontractor shall ensure that all joints in concrete sub surfaces, shrinkage cracks, blow holes, pin
holes, and any other defects which are less than 0.3mm width have to the finished concrete surface are
filled with a leveling compound which shall be from MUGEN or equal and approved and compatible with
the specified hardener system. The leveling compound shall be knifed into defects and tight-trowelled to
remove any surplus/ excess materials.

18. The Subcontractor shall ensure that all joints in concrete surfaces, shrinkage cracks, blow holes, pin
holes, and any other defects which are greater than 0.3mm width have to the finished concrete surface
are filled and sealed with a resin injection which shall be compatible with the specified hardener system.

19. The Subcontractor shall ensure that after all mechanical cleaning of the slab surface, all dust and debris
are removed by the Subcontractor by means of a mechanical vacuum and the surface is thoroughly
wetted and kept wet for at least 12 hours before the application of any screeds.

20. The Subcontractor shall ensure that the prepared surface is protected against contamination when it is left
for a period of more than 1 day before proceeding with the hardener works.

21. The Subcontractor shall provide all security of the Subcontractor’s plant and machinery, safety lighting,
temporary guard rails to protect the Subcontractors works, etc.

22. The Subcontractor shall provide all required task lighting at the workface to carry out required works.

23. The Subcontractor shall provide all required laboratory tests including all required DCL and third party
laboratory tests as required by the Contractor and Engineer.

24. The Subcontractor shall ensure that all MEP openings, ducts, conduits and the likes are fully protected for
the full duration of the Subcontract Works.

25. The Subcontractor shall finish the surface be either floated or trowelled finished as required and the
maximum deviation in level shall be 2mm within a 3 meter range. The Subcontractor shall ensure that the
required key finish or smooth floor finish is applied to the relevant areas.

26. The Subcontractor shall include for all specialised finishing of the surface

27. The Subcontractor shall apply all sealing and levelling compounds where required prior to applying the
epoxy coating system which shall be applied strictly in accordance with the manufacturer’s written
instructions which should obtain a dust free, even and smooth finish to the complete satisfaction of the
Contractor and Engineer.

28. The Subcontractor shall include for curing of epoxy coating system by covering with sacking, canvas,
hessian or similar materials which shall be kept on the finished surface for a period of not less than 3
days.

29. The Subcontractor shall include for all protection of the works during curing and until final handover and
acceptance by the Contractor and Engineer.

30. The Subcontractor shall include for all required bonding materials as required in the project drawings and
specifications.

31. The Subcontractor shall include for all required construction and expansion joint treatment required to the
Subcontract Works.

32. The Subcontractor shall ensure that prior to commencing the works that they provide all samples of
materials including all data sheets of all the materials to be used, for testing by the Engineer and third
parties labs if required. All costs of material testing including third part lab testing shall be provided by the
Subcontractor.

33. It is recorded that during the execution of the Subcontract Works the Contractor and/ or Engineer shall
randomly select samples of materials for comparison with the initial samples as submitted by the
Subcontractor.

34. The Subcontractor shall ensure that during delivery of materials to site that all paint is contained in sealed
containers with labels intact and store in a space (Provided by Subcontractor). All materials shall be
covered at all times. The presence of any un-authorized materials or containers for such on the site shall
be sufficient cause of rejection of all materials on the site at the time and possible rejection of the
Subcontract Works.

35. The Subcontractor shall ensure that the surfaces are prepared in accordance with all manufacturers
instructions and requirements by paying particular attention to the ambient temperature and relative
humidity are strictly adhered to.

36. The Subcontractor shall ensure that prior to the application of the skim coat and or proper that all surfaces
are properly prepared free of inherent defects such as ridges, bumps, rises, dips, low spots, cracks, holes
joints and the likes are filled or grinded, sufficiently smooth, flat, clean, dry, well bonded, primed and has
moisture content and pH levels which are within the manufacturers tolerances.

37. The Subcontractor shall prepare all surfaces as required to provide a clean, sound surface for the
hardener material if required.

38. The Subcontractor shall include for all required bonding agents or for providing a key to the epoxy coating
material as required in order to ensure that the materials are fully adhesive to the concrete surface.

39. The Subcontractor shall neutralize all mildew with a chemical solution to leave a clean and
uncontaminated surface.

40. The Subcontractor shall allow all surfaces to dry completely prior to the application of patching materials
and application of the epoxy coating.

41. The Subcontractor shall apply a minimum of 1 coat of sealer and 2 epoxy top coats to all surfaces in
accordance with the manufacturers specifications and Engineers requirements and float out to cover any
indication of seams.

42. The Subcontractor shall sand, vacuum, and remove dust and debris from the surface to ensure that the
element is ready to take future coverings/ finishes.

43. The Subcontractor shall ensure that there is uniformity and conformity of the direction of the hardener
system.

44. The Subcontractor shall remove all excess materials from all areas and ensure that all excess on floors
and surrounding surfaces are fully removed and other works are repaired if required.

45. The Subcontractor shall ensure that all concrete surfaces shall be sound, free from laitance and
contamination from oils, fuels, greases and shall be at least 28 days old.

46. The Subcontractor shall ensure that the surface of cementatious materials is prepared by removing all
efflorescence, chalk, dust, dirt, grease, oils and release agents as required. Abrasive blasting cleaning
methods shall be used in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.

47. The Subcontractor shall ensure that any areas of contamination shall be removed by the use of
appropriate solvents, following by thorough cleaning of the concrete by portable water.

48. The Subcontractor shall ensure that all joints in cementatious surfaces, shrinkage cracks, blow holes, pin
holes, and any other defects which are less than 0.3mm width have to the finished concrete surface are
filled with a leveling compound which shall be from MUGEN or equal and approved and compatible with
the specified paint system. The leveling compound shall be knifed into defects and tight-trowelled to
remove any surplus/ excess materials.

49. The Subcontractor shall ensure that all joints in cementatious surfaces, shrinkage cracks, blow holes, pin
holes, and any other defects which are greater than 0.3mm width have to the finished concrete surface
are filled and sealed with a resin injection which shall be compatible with the specified epoxy system.

50. The Subcontractor shall ensure that the prepared surface is protected against contamination when it is left
for a period of more than 3 days before coating.

51. The Subcontractor shall ensure that all concrete surfaces which are to receive epoxy shall be fully dry at
the time of application. The Subcontractor shall allow sufficient drying time after wet preparation methods
in order to satisfy the following requirements:

a) The moisture readings is consistently less than 5%

b) There is no moisture retained behind a 1metre x 1metre polythene sheet taped securely onto the
concrete surface to form a seal for a period of 24 hours.

c) The internal humidity measurements within the concrete is less than 75% when measured by
Sereda probe or other methods as approved by the Engineer.

52. The Subcontractor shall prior to applying the epoxy, a test area. The complete epoxy coating system shall
be applied in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions including any bonding agents to an area of
not less than 5 m2. Multiple test areas will be provided by the Subcontractor free of cost if required.

53. The actual consumption in L/m2 of the various coats of the epoxy coating system shall be recorded in the
trial area, in order that due allowance may be made for rough, irregular or exceptionally absorbent
concrete.

54. The Subcontractor shall ensure that once the epoxy coating system has cured for 14 days that a test of
surface adhesion is made. The bonding of the paint system shall be to the Contractors and Engineers
satisfaction in order to approve the Subcontract Works. A core sample may be taken from the test area to
measure the finished bonding and adhesive results if required. Should low adhesion be found or defined
as more than 25% of the coating being pulled away, further investigation by dolly pull off test will be
required. The cost of which shall be on the Subcontractors account. Ultimately no payment shall be made
to the Subcontractor until the paint system is fully approved by the Contractor and Engineer.

55. The Subcontractor shall supply and apply a epoxy coating system which shall be suitable to resist
chloride contamination. The material shall work by penetrating the pores of the concrete and reacting
there with moisture/ water vapour present to form a hydrophobic polysiloxane lining to the capillaries.

56. The Subcontractor shall submit samples of various finishes to the Engineer at least 30 days before the
materials are required on site. All samples should be provided free of cost and the submittals shall be in
triplicate on 300mm x 300mm materials of the same type that the coating is to be applied (Concrete).

57. The Subcontractor shall ensure that prior to commencing the works that they provide all samples of epoxy
to be used of not less than 1 litre each in sealed containers, for testing by the Engineer, on each delivery
of paint to the site.

58. It is recorded that during the execution of the Subcontract Works the Contractor and/ or Engineer shall
randomly select samples of hardener for comparison with the initial samples as submitted by the
Subcontractor.

59. The Subcontractor shall ensure that during delivery of materials to site that all hardener is contained in
sealed containers with labels intact and store in a space (Provided by Subcontractor). All materials shall
be covered at all times. The presence of any un-authorized materials or containers for such on the site
shall be sufficient cause of rejection of all paint materials on the site at the time and possible rejection of
the Subcontract Works.

60. The Subcontractor shall store all empty paint tins which have been used for the Subcontract Works, along
with site delivery MTO/ tickets for inspection by the Contractor and Engineer who shall then authorize the
disposal of the paints tins. Disposal of tins shall be by the Subcontractor.

61. The Subcontractor shall ensure that extreme caution in the storage of materials is exercised in order to
prevent fire or create fire hazards. Thinners and solvents shall be stored in approved metal safety
containers (Provided by the Subcontractor) which shall be in accordance with the governing fire, safety
and regulatory regulations.

62. The Subcontractor shall ensure that in areas of storage that the floors and wall surfaces are protected
from epoxy drips and splatters. The Subcontractor shall provide sheets of clean plywood or metal panels
where mixing is ongoing and this will be strictly enforced by the Contractor. The Subcontractor shall
provide and maintain on site for the duration of the Subcontract Works all required CO fire extinguishers
of minimum 9kg capacity which shall be accessible in storage mixing areas.

63. The Subcontractor shall keep all waste rags in metal drums containing water and remove from the work
area at the end of each shift.

64. The Subcontractor shall leave the storage areas clean and free from any evidence of occupancy when the
area is required for future use.

65. The Subcontractor shall ensure that all areas are clean and dust free before the epoxy coating works
commence. The Subcontractor shall provide and use clean drop cloths and protective coverings for the
full protection of the floors, furnishings, and works which are not to be completed. The Subcontractor
shall protect mechanical, electrical and special equipment and all other plant and equipment for the
duration of the Subcontract Works.

66. The Subcontractor shall complete the Subcontract Works in 2 stages insofar that the first top coat shall be
completed in Stage 1. However the Subcontractor shall ensure to make a full allowance for Stage No. 2
which shall include a second site visit to complete the Subcontract Works on completion of the installation
of all services and other subcontract works.

67. The Subcontractor shall ensure that they fully protect all the installed services and any other works
including other subcontract works from any damage. The Subcontractor shall only commence the
application of the finished top coat after receipt of a formal written instruction from the Construction
Director/ Project Director.

68. The Subcontractor shall ensure that the application of each coat of the epoxy coating which is to be
applied is fully coordinated with other subcontractors. The Subcontractor may only proceed with applying
the additional coatings after the substrate has been fully repaired and is free from defects.

69. The Subcontractor shall mask adjoin work adjacent to works or carefully cut in without any overlaps. If
cleaning operations damages the surfaces, repair works or replacement of any items or other works shall
be at the Subcontractors cost.

70. The Subcontractor shall provide “Wet Works” signs to protect new finishes. The Subcontractor shall
remove all temporary protective wrappings on completion of their works

71. The Subcontractor shall be solely responsible for the protection of the Subcontract Works until handing
over to the Contractor and Engineer. In case of any damages, surfaces shall be cleaned and repainted to
the Contractors and Engineers satisfaction and at the Subcontractors cost.

72. The Subcontractor shall within their rates include an allowance for repairs of all scrapes, scratches and
any other defects to the surface regardless of who or what damaged the completed surface finish. Any re-
works of this nature shall not be charged to the Contractor.

73. The Subcontractor shall fully protect the works of other trades. The Subcontractor shall correct all
damages by cleaning, repairing or replacing or repainting any works which are damaged by the
Subcontractor.

74. The Subcontractor shall ensure that they do not finish surfaces exposed to the direct sun or where
condensation has or will form due to the presence of high humidity or lack of ventilation.

75. The Subcontractor shall ensure that they provide adequate dust masks, P.P.E. and ventilation plant and
equipment for the duration of their Subcontractor Works.

76. The Subcontractor shall provide all required access scaffolding and manlifts/ booms for the completion of
the Subcontract Works.

77. The Subcontractor shall provide all compressors/ temporary power/ fuel for the completion of the
Subcontract Works.

78. The Subcontractor shall provide all required painting plant, equipment and accessories for the completion
of the Subcontract Works

79. The Subcontractor shall ensure that the finished system is free from defects in materials and
workmanship affecting appearance and performance of the paint system. The Subcontractor shall ensure
that ensure that none of the following defects are witnessed throughout the Subcontract Works:

a) Improper cleaning and preparation of the surface

b) Entrapped dust and dirt alligatoring

c) Peeling of the surface

d) Drips/ runs/ uneven coverage/ misses/ poor cutting in

e) Improper use or application of the materials

80. On completion of the Subcontract Works the Contractor and Engineer shall examine the works. Failure to
comply with the project specifications and manufacturers instructions for the application of the epoxy
coating system will mean that the Subcontractor shall refinish the faulty work at no expense to the
Contractor.

81. The Subcontractor shall provide all manufacture and application, installer warranties and guarantees all as
specified from the date of the Taking over Certificate for the whole of the Main Contract Works. The
Subcontractor to include for all warranties, maintenance inspections and agreements.

82. The Subcontractor shall ensure that field measurements of adjacent and/or supporting construction and
verification of existing conditions where feasible are verified.

83. The Subcontractor is to submit details of their procurement process and proposed supply chain for the
project, including contact details and locations for suppliers.

84. The Subcontractor shall include for all protection of the works until final handover and acceptance by the
Contractor and Engineer. The Subcontractor shall fully protect the Subcontract Works during and after
installation, however they shall also include within their rates for making all minor repairs.

85. The Subcontractor shall on completion of the subcontract works remove all temporary protection and
enclosure from other works. The Subcontractor shall repair all damages to the works free of cost. When all
works are completed the Subcontractor shall remove all materials, containers and equipment and clean/
scrap if required all surfaces free from debris and dirt or grim.

86. The Subcontractor shall ensure that prior to commencing the works that they provide all samples of
materials including all data sheets of all the materials to be used, for testing by the Engineer and third parties
labs if required. All costs of material testing including third part lab testing shall be provided by the
Subcontractor.

87. It is recorded that during the execution of the Subcontract Works the Contractor and/ or Engineer shall

Subcontractor.

88. The Subcontractor shall ensure that extreme caution in the storage of materials is exercised in order to
prevent fire or create fire hazards. Thinners and solvents shall be stored in approved metal safety containers

regulations.

89. The Subcontractor shall ensure that all other works are protected from paint splatters and/ or other
damages. The Subcontractor shall provide and maintain on site for the duration of the Subcontract Works
all required CO fire extinguishers of minimum 9kg capacity which shall be accessible in storage areas.

90. The Subcontractor shall leave the storage areas clean and free from any evidence of occupancy when the
area is required for future use.

91. The Subcontractor shall ensure that all areas are clean and dust free before the works commence. The
Subcontractor shall protect mechanical, electrical and special equipment and all other plant and equipment
for the duration of the Subcontract Works.

92. The Subcontractor shall provide their own off-site storage. The Subcontractor shall ensure that they have
adequate temporary site storage and that they provided full protection of the works. Storage is not the
responsibility of the Contractor, but the responsibility of the Subcontractor.

93. The Subcontractor shall be solely responsible for the installation of the works.

94. The Subcontractor shall be solely responsible for installation of the works and shall ensure that materials
are properly stored on planks or pallets in a dry location. All planks or pallets shall be provided by the
Subcontractor.

95. The Subcontractor shall be solely responsible for the protection of the Subcontract Works until handing over
to the Contractor and Engineer. In case of any damages, surfaces shall be cleaned and repaired to the
Contractors and Engineers satisfaction and at the Subcontractors cost.

96. On completion of the Subcontract Works the Contractor and Engineer shall examine the works. Failure to
comply with the project specifications and manufacturer’s instructions for the Installation of Roofing system
work will mean that the Subcontractor shall refinish the faulty work at no expense to the Contractor.

97. The Subcontractor shall provide enough lighting and illumination to the work area to ensure that the
Contractor and Engineer can fully examine and inspect the finished Subcontract Works.

98. On acceptance of the Subcontract Works the Subcontractor shall furnish the Employer with a fifteen (15)
Years Warranty for the Subcontract Works. The warranty shall be a joint warranty by the material supplier
and applicator and shall warranty both materials and workmanship.

99. The Subcontractor shall provide the final cleaning installation on completion immediately prior to handover,
including removal of all protection.

100. Notwithstanding anything else to the contrary in this Subcontract Agreement, this Subcontract
Agreement is based upon strict compliance with the most stringent obligations to meet the requirements as
set out in the Subcontract Agreement and in particular the Drawings and the Specifications.

101. The Subcontractors obligations include but not limited to the entire responsibility for the delivery and
execution or the scope of works including all associated or ancillary works as per the Subcontract Works.

102. The Subcontractor shall provide all on-site attendances and inspection sign offs to the satisfaction of
the Contractor and Engineer.

103. It is the Subcontractor's responsibility to check the correctness of the quantities inserted against each
item in the quantity column of the Bills of Quantities. The Contractor does not take any responsibility for the
accuracy of the quantities indicated in the BOQ nor to their completeness. It is the Sub-contractor’s
responsibility to verify, check and satisfy himself to the actual quantities that is required to complete the
Works including wastage and price escalation.

104. The Subcontractor shall provide all samples for the approval of the Engineer and all spares upon
completion of the works as specified. These samples will be provided free of cost to the Contractor and/ or
Engineer.

105. The Subcontractor shall provide the materials all in line with any samples and mock-ups provided
including the required quality control and costs associated with providing the same.

106. The Subcontractor shall provide all material submittals, test reports material approvals and applicator
and or installer approvals as required from Qatar Municipality, Civil Defence, etc. as required by the
Specification including a valid Commercial License.

107. The Subcontractor shall provide all the Works in compliance with the HLG quality and management
systems including Health and Safety, Environmental, Construction Management, and Quality as required.

108. The Subcontractor shall prepare for each process or series of activities for the works a Work Method
Statement that includes a standard inspection and testing plan (ITP) to be employed including hold points
as required by the Contractor. These will be used for all works to be inspected by the Contractor and the
Engineer as specified or as maybe required by the Contractor. The Sub-contractor shall allow for raising
all ITP when required for inspections by the Contractor or Engineer

109. On signing a Subcontract Agreement with the Contractor the Subcontractor shall be requested to submit
a number of documents which shall include but not limited to:

a) All required Commercial Documents

b) Project Specific Health & Safety Plan

c) Project Specific Health & Safety Risk Assessment

d) Project Specific Method Statement for the Engineering, Fabrication and Site Installation of the
Works

e) Project Compliance Statement to the Qatar Green Building Requirements of the Project

f) Project Quality Plan

g) Project Organisation Chart with the CV’s of all Senior Staff for the Project Team

110. The Subcontractor shall ensure that all significant stages of the works/ milestones shall be inspected
by the Project Engineer, Site Engineer and Project QA/ QC Manager to ensure that the works are fully
conforming and compliant to the requirements of the Contractor and the Engineer.

111. The Subcontractor shall ensure that during the site application of the works that Inspection Request are
submitted to the Contractor and the Engineer for checking and ensuring that the works are been fully carried
out as per the Subcontractors approved method statement.

112. The Subcontractor shall ensure to take all necessary precautions when working around new or existing
works completed by other subcontractors. Any and all damages caused by the Subcontractor will be the
direct responsibility of the Sub-contractor. Any and all associated costs with repair or replacement of such
damage, will be the responsibility of the Subcontractor.

113. The Subcontractor shall provide daily clean-up of all waste materials, rubbish and debris resulting from
their works.

114. The Subcontractor shall transport and deposit and segregation of all waste materials, rubbish and
debris into the designated recycling and trash containers provided, in accordance with the Qatar Green
Building criteria for this project.

115. The Subcontractor will be required to fully comply with the Qatar Green Building criteria for this project.

116. The Subcontractors Price shall include for the mobilizing, de-mobilizing and revisit of multiple work
areas on multiple occasions as required in order completing the Subcontract Works. The Subcontractor
shall work in line with the Contractors Sequence and Programme of Works at all times which may include
revisiting a certain work area on multiple occasions to complete the works as required. The Subcontractor
shall not be paid any additional monies for revisiting work areas on a number of occasions.

117. The Contractor does not confirm that all tender documents have been issued as part of this Subcontract
Agreement thus the Subcontractor has ensured that they have visited the site and made their own
inclusions, additions and exclusions as required. The Subcontractor shall not be entitled to any future
variation due to the fact that the Contractor did not provide all drawings or specifications at tender stage..

Subcontract Scope of Works Attendances


The Contractor shall provide the Facilities specified in the table below and shall permit the Subcontractor, in
common with other Subcontractors to have the use thereof for the purposes of executing and completing the
Subcontract Works.

The Contractor shall have no liability to the Subcontractor in respect of any failure to provide such Facilities, if
such failure is due to circumstances outside the Contractor’s control, nor in respect of any inadequacy or
unfitness for the Subcontractor’s purpose any such Facility such provided nor due to inadequate notice by the
Subcontractor of the Subcontractor’s requirements in respect of such Facilities.

Areas available on the Project site for temporary facilities could be limited, therefore the Contractor shall from
time to time designate areas of the site to be made available to Subcontractor for any temporary facilities to be
provided or utilized by the Subcontractor. The Subcontractor will be required to arrange his operations in a
manner such as to optimize the usage of these designated areas.

The Main Contractors Facilities Matrix shall be read in conjunction with the entire Subcontract Agreement and
in not necessarily a list of the entire scope of works. The Subcontractor shall satisfy themselves of the entire
scope of work included within this package based upon all the documents included within this Subcontract
Agreement.
