We, the residents of Zone 2, Cogon, El Salvador, Misamis Oriental , of legal age,
Filipino citizen, having been duly sworn to in accordance with law, do hereby
depose and say:

1. That we are living within the one kilometer radius of Lot No. 9973, with Tax
Declaration No. 02-04103 and TCT No. T-21125 owned by Local Government Unit
(LGU) El Salvador.

2. That we are not objecting of the reclassification of the above Lot intended for
relocation site of informal settlers of the LGU.

5. That our names and signature is being attached on this paper in executing this
affidavit in order to attest to the truth of the above premise.
