Consider yourself a Digital Marketing agency, who serves

customer groups with online marketing needs. You need to
prepare the following:
1. Profile of the company
2. User personas (minimum 3) for their customer groups
3. Customer experience mapping (including all possible
customer touch point) (pictorial representation)

It is a group work. Each group should contain maximum two

persons.
Submit both hard copy and a PowerPoint presentation.
