INTRODUCTION
Dear graduating students, “Non est ad astra mollis e terris via” "There
is no easy way from the earth to the stars”. We may not have given
you the way there but at least and I hope that we have taught you that
it is not impossible. This day is the end of your difficult life but the
beginning of a more complicated one. That is why today calls for a
celebration as we recognize all the efforts; shed tears, sleepless nights,
blood loss and forgotten meals.
To the family and friends of the graduating class, it is a pleasure
welcoming you today as we celebrate their achievements.
To the administration headed by the President, VP for academic affairs,
VP for administration, to the dean of college of education, dean of
college of Business administration and Tourism Management, Dean of
the College of Computer Studies, Principal of the High School
Department, the faculty, to our Honored guests, graduating students,
visitors ladies and gentlemen a good afternoon.
For the information of everyone, today also provides an opportunity to
recognize the outstanding faculty– who are dedicated to providing the
highest quality education and to making a positive difference in the
lives of our students. May I request the faculty to please rise? (Pause)

To formally open and to give us the words of welcome, it is my pride to
introduce to you Ms. Michelle G. Bardon , A BSED Major in English

At this juncture, dear completers the merit you have been waiting for
has finally come. You will receive your prized diploma and certificate of
graduation, the symbol of your success. So to do the honors of the
distribution of the certificate of graduation to our dear students, may we
