1. History, vision, mission, and school model
a. History: SMK Kesehatan Asy Syifa Bolmut is a vocational high School.
Pioneered since 2013 with letter of establishment No. 0002 / S. Statement /
Foundation-ANMA / XI / 2013 by Azzam Nur Ummah Foundation. Devoted
vocational health education to orphans and poor students. The first
principal was appointed by Mr. M. Guntur Rantung., S.KM., M.Kes. On March
2nd, 2015 the Bolaang Mongondow Utara Youth and Sports Education
Department issued an operating license for education with No. 420/204 /
DIKPORA / BMU / III / 2015. Student admissions have only been made since
May 2014. The number of applicants for the first batch of 20 people.

educator".

students and 15 pharmacy assistant students with a waiting list of 20 people.
