MODULE 1  Introduction and Legal framework
 International Legal Framework: ICAO/EASA
 EU Regulation 216/08
 Eu Regulation 628/2013
 Part 145-Objectives and Scope: Approval application process; class and rating system;
current amendments.
 Part 145-Approval Requirements: Facilities; personnel (certifying staff and support
staff); equipment, tooling, material, maintenance data; acceptance of components;
production planning; privileges of the organizations.

MODULE 2  Part 145 Certification and Safety


 Part 145-Certification, maintenance records and occurrence reporting: CRS; Records
policy; procedure for unsafe conditions.
 Part 145-Safety and quality policy: Procedures for good maintenance practices;
human factors; multiple errors on critical systems; damage assessment; use of
approved data.

MODULE 3  Part 145 MOE and Quality System


 Part 145-Maintenance Organization Exposition (MOE): Content and format;
amendment procedures; distribution.
 Part 145-Quality System: Staff; procedures and audits; level of findings.

MODULE 4  Part M (I)


 Part M-Objectives and Scope: Initial and Continuous Airworthiness differences; current
amendments.
 Part M-Continuous Airworthiness Tasks: Aircraft Maintenance Program; Airworthiness
Directives; Modifications and Repairs; Aircraft Continuing Airworthiness Monitoring
(ACAM).
 Part M-Continuous Airworthiness Record System: Technical Log Book; Records
organization; status list; substanting data; computer and store requirements: transfer
of aircraft continuing airworthiness records.

MODULE 5  Part M (II)


 Parte M-Maintenance Standard: Maintenance data; Standard Manuals to be used for
approved data; Performance of maintenance and defects rectification.
 Part M-Control of Components: Verifications and requirements for installing
aircraft components; EASA F1; Control of Hard time and task controlled
components; Special requirements for Life Limit components; unserviceable
and Suspected Unapproved Parts.

MODULE 6  Part M (III)


 Part M-Maintenance Organizations requirements for small and not commercial
operations: Scope, application and approval process; Maintenance Organization
Manual contents and format; certifying staff; tooling and facilities; validity of
approval.
 Part M-Continuing Airworthiness Maintenance Organization (CAMO): Scope,
application and approval process; Continuing Airworthiness Management
Exposition (CAME) contents, structure and format; personnel requirements
and facilities; Documentation and records-keeping; Quality System.

MODULE 7  Part M (IV)
 Part M-Certificate of Release to Service (CRS): Aircraft and component CRS;
Pilot-owner authorization; special cases.
 Part M-Airworthiness Review Certificate: Airworthiness review process;
documents, formats and staff; Findings classifications and clearance; Validity
and transfer within the EU; Process for aircraft imported into the EU.

MODULE 8  Part 147 (I)


 PART 147: Objectives and Scope; current amendments.
 ORGANISATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Approval requirements, Facility
requirements; Personnel requirements; Records of intructors examiners and
assessors. Instructional equipment; Maintenance training material,
Examinations; Records keeping.
 Practical Case. Basic Training Course.

MODULE 9  Training Procedures


 Training procedures and quality system, Examinations; Maintenance Training
Organization Exposition (MTOE): Contents and format; revision and control
procedures; distribution.
 Privileges / Changes MTO, Continued validy, Findings
 APPROVED BASIC TRAINING COURSE: Basic knowledge / Practical
examinations.
 AIRCRAFT TYPE / TASK TRAINING: Aircraft type examinations and task
assessments.
 Practical case: MTOE. Maintenance Training Organisation Exposition
Development.

MODULE 10  Part 66
 Part 66. Aircraft Maintenance License. Objective and scope; current
amendments.
 Aircraft Maintenance License: Categories (description); Privileges, Aircraft
groups; Application and eligibility.
 Basic knowledge and experience requirements.
 Continued validity of the AML, Endorsement with aircraft ratings; Limitations;
OJT On the Job Training.
 Examination, conversions and continuous oversight.
 Practical case: License conversions.
