Good Evening everyone,

This On-Job-Training program has been one of the greatest learning experience in my
life as a student. It has enhanced and enriched my knowledge and skills in order to widen
my field. I would like to humbly thank the College, specifically to our Dean, program heads
and our advisers.

I also would like to thank all the organization who accepted us to be their OJT’s and in
particular my deepest gratitude for the manager and staff of SOCOTECO II for accepting
us, the Electrical Engineering students in their kind organization, the experience that we
had is very worthwhile. It was a great experience learning under the guidance of Engr.
Anselmo Ambray and Engr. Jesus Belonio, the Substation Supervisor and our immediate
guide.

I say, OJT here at SOCOTECO II helps me to prepare myself for my future employment.
From the moment I set my feet on this place, I know I will be facing different challenges
but at the same time I know I will learn new things regarding the possible work that I will
be doing in this company. I thought, at first, I was not able to do well, but as time passed
by I was able to gain more self-confidence and self-esteem. It also helps me to become
more efficient in dealing with the people around me. Experience is the best teacher and
nothing compares to the knowledge that it can give to us. It may be hard at first but once
we learn to appreciate and love what we’re doing, it will become easier and easier every
day. Working with people you have just first met is something different and something
that is hard inside, hard that you can’t say anything or do anything that you are usually
say or do because the near fact that you might offend them. On my experience I have
become a good observant and a good listener to the people I worked with.

The most important thing that I have learned of all when working is having a positive
ATTITUDE. By the way, I am Lyndon B. Datahan, a fourth year student taking Bachelor
of Science in Electrical Engineering.
