AFFIDAVIT OF TWO (2) DISINTERESTED PERSONS

WE, HERMES C. CAPAO and MARIA BANZON, Filipinos, of legal age,

both married, and residents of Sitio San Roque, Lahug, Cebu City, Philippines
and Nivel Hills, Lahug, Cebu City, Philippines, respectively, under oath, hereby
depose and state THAT:

1. I, HERMES C. CAPAO, personally know MONINA VELASCO, also

known as ZENAIDA GARCIA, she being a close and personal friend of mine
since 1990;

2. I, MARIA BANZON, likewise personally know MONINA VELASCO,

she being a close and personal friend of mine since 1988;

3. We hereby attest that MONINA VELASCO and ZENAIDA GARCIA

are one and the same person;

4. We are executing this affidavit to attest the truth of the foregoing

statements and for whatever purpose this may serve.
