Tropical Zones

Areas in the Earth that receive the Sun´s rays in a


perpendicular way. They are hot.
Close to the Equator. People who live there, wear light clothes
and have activities outdoors.

Temperate Zones

Areas that receive slightly inclined rays and are moderately hot.
The temperature varies a lot during the year. The four seasons
are very different.

Polar Zones

Zones that receive very inclined sun´s rays and are cold..
Temperatures are always very low and the ground is covered
with ice. People in this zone wear thick clothes.
Northern Zone

It is hot most of the year. People wear Light clothes and


rooftops are flat.
Cacti and llaretas are part of the flora and vizcachas,
chinchillas, llamasd and vicuñas are parto f the fauna.

Desert climate:

It is hot and there are very few plants and animals.

Central Zone

Summers are hot. Winters are cold and rainy. People wear
different clothes Turing the year. The houses are made to stand
the cold and the heat.

Are divides into two sections: Cephalothorax and abdomen. Have
4 pairs of articulated legs.
