Detailed Tasks Assigned:
 Lead the team in the study of all new projects and all existing systems for gradation, expansion and rehabilitation.
 Comparative evaluation of the alternative WWMPs and recommend the most suitable project based on the technical feasibility,
economic feasibility, social feasibility, environmental feasibility, financial feasibility and institutional feasibility study.
 Carry out all required activities as described in and/or that follows from the activities described in the scope of the study.
 Supervise and ensure the overall management of the team for successful execution of the assignment.
 Proactively plan and lead to achieve the objectives which may entail carrying out additional tasks/activities not mentioned in the
scope of the study.
 Co-ordinate with SDMS, WSSDO, WUA, public representatives, and other important stakeholders for effectively carrying out the
required activities.
 Deploy, in a timely manner, adequate number of survey and design personnel as per the agreed terms.
 Ensure achievement of agreed periodic targets of physical progress by preparing detailed work schedule and monitoring of
compliance with schedule.
 Review the available data, reports and identify need and then plan and execute all necessary surveys, studies and investigations to
prepare feasibility report.
