IQCS – Associate/Franchisee Development plan

a. Associate/Franchisee should be genuine and sincere to their work. He should be very honest
and committed.
b. Associate/Franchisee shall deliver at least one project in a month. The details of the
Associate/Franchisee are to be maintained very transparent.
c. Associate requirements – Computer and internet facilities. They can operate from house/own
office in the name of “Insight Quality Consultancy Services”. Business Centre office is also
acceptable.
d. The Associate name and address will appear in our website with full address and telephone
number.
e. Franchisee qualifications – Minimum post graduate and with 10-year work experience in any
kind of industries.
f. Associate/Franchisee supplies - 1. Brochure, 2. Power-point presentations on various
standards and their implementations. 3. Books and training materials.
g. The order value will be based on the number of employees and the requirements of the
clients. This will be finalized during the discussion with the client by the INSIGHT TEAM.
h. Minimum amount to be invested to make the franchisee is 50,000.00 INR. This is a refundable
amount.
i. Franchisee can take consultancy and certification business. While taking the Certification
program, we need to ensure that the business ethics is not jeopardized.
j. Our scope of work is complete turnkey consultancy to any kind of industries. Food and
Agricultural, mechanical, software, financial, marine, Meat, construction, maintenance
workshops, retail shops, aerospace, real estate, engineering, refineries, laboratories,
hospitals, nursing homes, colleges, schools, service sectors etc.
k. We can do consultancy in HRD, software, Quality and Food Safety Management Consultancy
services, NABH, NABL consultancy. We can also undertake SA 8000, OHSAS, Integrated
Management System Consultancy & any other technical consultancy also.
l. We are also experts in financial consultancy services. Our second Vertical is the financial
consultancy. These include cost auditing, compliance assurance, taxation, internal audit,
financial assessment, sick unit revival, fund arrangement for company development through
reputed banks etc.
m. Our main products are ISO 9001, ISO 22000, ISO 14001, ISO 18001, ISO 27001, ISO 500001,
FSSC 22000, BRC, IFS, TQM, TPM, SIX SIGMA, NABH, NABL, AIB, HALAL, KOSHER GMP, GHP &
SQF.
n. The Associate will be paid an attractive amount of the total value of the order, after receiving
the contract and advance payment from the client. The exact % will be finalized once the
Associate/individual is coming forward with high interest. However the percentage will be
between 10-15% of the total value of the order.
o. All the information collected on behalf of INSIGHT QUALITY CONSULTANCY SERVICES must be
confidential.

p. The Associate must keep the goodwill of the company and protect the company’s property
well.
q. All dealings of the Associate must be ethical and there should not be any complaint from the
institutions/public regarding the Associate.
r. Once withdrawn or terminated all the available information in the form of brochures/visiting
cards should be given back to the company.
s. All problems between the franchisee and the company shall be highly transparent. All financial
matters shall be settled between the two parties. (INSIGHT QUALITY CONSULTANCY SERVICES
AND FRANCHISEES)
t. The Associate should identify the key personnel of the targeted industry or organization. An
appointment with key personnel/managing partners may be arranged if required. Business
has to be developed based on regular contacts and interactions. Weekly plan has to be
submitted to Insight Quality Consultancy Services and get it approved. A weekly report has to
be submitted which provides, planned versus actual activities, the customer contacts, visits,
potential customer information, business developed during the week, details of
customer/business progress & meetings planned.
u. The Associate/Franchisee shall communicate to the company through the company mail ID.
All the information must be kept confidential.
v. The payment will be given through net banking facilities or through Demand Draft. Other
forms may also be application as per mutual convenience.
w. All discussions on payments must be handled through our Director Shri A.R. NARAYANAN
