Introduction:    

I  went  to  Europe  to  conquer,  to  have  fun,  make  connections  and  execute  a  plan  with  
assets.  I  have  traveled  the  world  as  a  CIA  agent.  The  CIA  betrayed  me  because  the  
CIA  is  a  right  leaning  agency  without  inclusiveness.  They  proclaim  LGBT  rights,  
brotherhood  of  Black  agents  and  Latinos.  It  is  a  lie.  Have  you  seen  a  Latino  or  Black  
director?  No,  they  are  all  White  and  they  persecute  black  people  and  Latinos  if  they  
don’t  agree  with  them.  The  CIA  lies,  and  lies  big  time.  The  best  part  is  that  they  don’t  
pull  the  trigger.  If  you  are  a  high  school  student  between  the  ages  18  and  21  your  
chances  of  being  a  CIA  agent  is  big.  I  mean  I  am  the  youngest  ever  to  be  recruited  
after  Barbara  Robbins  at  the  age  of  16.  I  was  a  minor,  that  is  why  they  call  me  a  
minor  in  some  places.  They  CIA  lacks  diversity  and  brags,  however,  they  are  
ignorant.  All  other  US  agencies  in  the  United  States  school  them  because  while  the  
CIA  brags  the  others  work  in  silence  like  the  Mafia.  Why  will  you  brag  of  something  
is  not  yours  or  you  can’t  achieve?  There  is  a  saying  that  says  if  you  brag  too  much  is  
because  is  not  yours.  Trust  me,  CIA  is  note  yet  a  fraction  of  what  the  Mossad  or  the  
NSA  is.  Multiple  intelligence  agencies  in  the  United  States  are  really  diverse  and  they  
worked  together  to  set  them  up.  And  they  achieved  it.  I  worked  since  17  as  a  minor  
being  exploited  as  a  minor  by  an  agency  that  never  gave  me  a  paycheck  nor  gave  me  
the  right  assets  to  achieve  my  goals.  I  created  my  own  assets  with  other  world  
agencies  and  United  States  intelligence  agencies  in  order  to  survive  the  calvary  I  
underwent  by  them.  They  call  me  a  traitor.  No  I  am  not  a  traitor  I  am  a  patriot  but  if  
you  don’t  rewards  that  person  for  their  work  what  can  you  expect?  Cry  me  rivers  
because  you  are  the  biggest  fraud  in  the  US  Intelligence  community  and  all  the  
people  in  the  Intelligence  community  knows  that.  Don’t  brag  because  we  all  know  
here  that  when  I  found  the  treasure  you  came  to  me  and  without  paying  me  
anything  since  16  years  old  and  me  working  for  free  you  threated  me  with  death  if  I  
did  not  give  money  to  you.  So  who  is  not  fair  here?  A  racketeering  fraud  or  me  the  
truthful?  Let’s  go  on  point  here.  I  transferred  30  billion  euros  to  Germany  at  
Deutsche  Kontor  Bank,  the  CIA  called  diverted  the  funds  and  stole  it.  I  transferred  5  
billion  Euros  to  Puerto  Rico  at  Popular  Bank,  the  CIA  called  diverted  the  funds  and  
stole  it.  I  transferred  through  Detroit  2  billion  dollars  to  Puerto  Rico,  the  CIA  called  
diverted  the  funds  and  stole  it.  I  transferred  9  billion  Euros  to  Spain  at  Unicaja  Bank,  
the  CIA  called  diverted  the  funds  and  stole  it.  Let’s  dig  deep.  Barack  Obama,  Donald  
Trump,  Mike  Pompeo,  Bill  Gates,  Mark  Zuckerberg  and  Bill  Clinton  all  got  together,  
yes  they  may  disagree  in  the  public  eye,  but  it  is  their  spectacle  for  fool  the  people.  
They  work  together,  and  to  prove  that  they  got  together  and  conspired  to  stole  all  
that  money  from  my  personal  accounts  by  freezing  the  funds  and  diverting  them.  I  
guess  the  one  who  needs  to  go  to  a  hospital  here  is  these  fake  people  who  fool  the  
masses  in  order  to  gain  authority  by  abusing  their  powers.  They  should  be  jailed  by  
the  Federal  government  and  give  them  life  in  prison  for  mutual  conspiracy  and  self-­‐
enrichments.  I  am  willing  to  testify  in  court  in  order  to  close  this  case  in  a  major

crackdown  because  this  dishonesty  has  to  stop.  It  is  not  fair,  and  the  masses  should  
know  why  they  do  it.  They  do  it  because  they  are  supremacists.  Yes,  Obama  may  be  
black  but  he  sided  with  right  leaning  people  in  order  to  conspire  against  the  masses.  
It  is  real  so  we  set  up  a  plan.  All  the  United  States  agencies  got  together  and  set  me  
up  in  order  to  stop  this  conspiracy.  They  did  an  8  and  enclosed  them  in  prison.  Yes,  
Germany,  Spain,  France,  Sweden,  United  Kingdom,  and  the  CIA  fell.  It  is  over,  
because  you  know  clearly  you  don’t  pull  the  trigger  here.  We  set  you  up  for  it  
because  it  is  your  neighbor  and  you  know  it  that  is  why  you  cry  rivers.  It  is  your  
take,  you  decide  or  we  will  testify  in  big  groups  in  order  to  end  this  conspiracy.    

Chaos  

The  United  States  lives  in  chaos,  everything  is  not  like  it  seems.  The  politicians  
create  a  spectacle  for  their  own  wealth.  To  be  honest,  after  my  long  stint  working  for  
different  agencies  at  the  United  States  government  the  best  politician  I  found  was  
George  Bush.  He  is  honest,  I  bear  his  name  I  call  him  dad  and  41st  I  call  him  grandpa.  
They  are  not  racist  even  though  they  are  republicans.  Just  look  at  their  governments  
it  was  mixed  of  many  political  figures  that  resembled  diversity.  For  example,  43rd  
his  Attorney  General  was  Mexican.  Compare  Donald  Trump  government  to  that,  just  
white  people,  there  are  neither  Latinos  nor  Black  people.  It  is  a  shame  for  a  nation  
who  proclaims  equal  rights.  I  was  kidnapped  three  times;  they  beat  me,  tortured  me,  
and  even  robbed  me  at  gunpoint  in  Europe  by  using  proxies  of  right  leaning  
governments.  To  make  a  point,  when  I  was  in  Lisbon  running  from  the  past  Spanish  
government  who  stole  me  9  billion  euros  through  those  mentioned  before  at  the  
UNICAJA  bank  in  Granada  I  was  set-­‐up  and  shot.  The  responsible  for  that  was  a  
combination  of  the  right  by  the  governments  of  Germany,  Spain  and  the  United  
States.  The  current  government  in  Spain  was  set  in  place  because  we  overthrew  it  in  
revenge  to  what  I  went  through.  I  remember  smoking  my  cigarette  and  through  a  
couple  of  students  (that’s  what  the  CIA  got,  only  students)  shot  at  me.  I  had  to  leave  
running  because  then  I  was  threatened  with  death  after  the  robbery.  I  went  to  
Portugal.  They  all  called  the  President  of  Portugal  Marcelo  Rebelo  who  is  right  
leaning  and  it  was  a  duel  between  the  Prime  Minister  Antonio  Costa  and  the  
President.  Antonio  Guterres  played  a  big  part  too  because  he  was  a  Prime  Minister  
of  Portugal  and  he  is  the  current  President  of  the  United  Nations.  They  stepped  in  
and  covered  me  the  best  they  could.  When  I  went  to  Portugal  and  moved  from  
Lisbon  to  Porto  my  own  driver  set  up  by  tried  to  kidnap  me  at  gunpoint  so  I  decided  
to  step  it  up  and  went  hard  with  him  in  the  attempt.  I  told  him  you  touch  me  you  die.  
He  wanted  300  billion  euros  so  I  called  my  contacts  and  they  transferred.  I  was  
calm,  never  worried  because  I  knew  he  was  dreaming.  I  recorded  everything  and  he  
reached  a  point  where  I  put  him  against  the  wall  and  he  was  so  scared  he  said:  ‘Okay  
sorry’.  I  said  don’t  worry  let’s  reach  our  destination  when  I  arrived  at  the  hotel  I  
gave  him  a  hug  and  said  it’s  cool.  Mossad  tracked  him  6  hours  later  he  appeared

burned  in  the  river  without  teeth.  I  did  the  check-­‐in  in  the  hotel  and  paid  for  
everything  for  two  weeks  after  arriving  at  the  hotel.  The  police  broke  in  and  
kidnapped  me  by  force  and  beat  me  with  a  handgun  and  threw  me  in  a  ghetto.  They  
stole  my  computer,  my  clothes,  my  watches,  everything.  The  right  in  the  United  
States,  Germany  and  Portugal  directed  it  all.  The  police  that  kidnapped  me  were  
three  agents.  I  called  my  brother  and  asked  him  for  money  from  a  pay  phone  and  he  
sent  me  money  to  get  me  out  of  there.  When  I  took  a  cab  the  cab  told  me  ‘I  hit  you’  I  
said  don’t  worry  my  dad  Benjamin  will  kill  those  involved  with  you  included.  They  
killed  the  three  policemen  involved  and  the  cab  driver.  Yes,  it  was  the  Mossad.  Then  
you  have  agencies  like  the  Central  Intelligence  Agency  trying  to  play  a  big  game  they  
fall  short  and  the  best  part  is  that  they  know  it.  My  passports  were  stolen  in  Europe.  
I  had  three  but  I  do  not  want  to  disclose  the  nationalities  because  they  were  from  
assets  who  protected  me  from  Europe  and  gave  them  to  me.  All  I  can  say  is  that  they  
were  the  European  block.  The  Central  Intelligence  Agency  cannot  play  a  game  they  
fall  short.  You  cannot  brag  of  something  you  cannot  do.  If  you  are  a  child  you  cannot  
play  a  mans  game  and  I  proved  that.  I  have  dozens  of  covers  and  I  am  faithful  to  
those  who  are  faithful  to  me  but  if  you  do  not  play  on  my  team  or  stab  me  in  the  
back  there  are  two  options,  you  end  up  dead  or  end  up  in  jail.  To  prove  that  point,  I  
went  to  another  hotel  after  the  second.  I  paid  for  it  for  a  whole  month.  They  kicked  
me  out  the  third  week.  I  said,  okay  I  will  pay  one  month  more.  He  said  you  are  out.  I  
never  did  anything  to  anyone  there.  We  arrested  them  for  murder,  now  the  director  
and  owner  of  the  hotel  is  in  jail  for  murder  and  was  sentenced  to  18  years  in  prison  
in  Portugal  for  robbery,  murder,  and  abuse.  Third  hotel,  I  went  to  the  hotel  called  
Axis  Porto.  Paid  for  everything  for  a  whole  year  and  got  the  receipts.  The  first  week  
the  police  broke  in  and  kicked  me,  punched  me,  hit  me  with  a  gun.  I  could  not  do  
anything  because  they  were  like  almost  twenty.  They  took  me  to  the  police  station  
and  started  giving  me  injections  by  force.  They  put  one  on  my  knee,  they  gave  me  an  
insulin  shot  I  survived  because  I  passed  out  and  beat  me  for  two  months.  The  
responsible  are  Barack  Obama,  Bill  Gates,  Bill  Clinton,  Donald  Trump,  Mike  Pompeo,  
and  the  President  of  Portugal  Marcelo  Rebelo.  They  tortured  me  in  the  cell  at  a  point  
I  wanted  to  commit  suicide.  I  survived  that  because  after  internal  pressures  from  
other  parties  like  the  leadership  of  Rui  Rio,  President  Lula  da  Silva  of  Brazil  and  
Prime  Minister  Antonio  Costa  I  was  liberated.  All  the  policeman  were  identified  and  
all  of  them  were  shot.  I  still  remember  when  I  arrived  they  brought  me  a  cake  put  a  
candle  and  wished  me  happy  birthday  and  said  let’s  cut  the  cake  now.  I  said,  try  find  
out  we  have  you  identified.  Later  on,  when  I  was  liberated  it  was  a  colonel  of  the  
police  in  Porto.  I  approached  a  policeman  and  told  him  hey  remember  my  torture.  
They  all  died  how  you  feel  about  that?  He  looked  me  down  and  left,  I  started  
laughing  and  yelling  ‘fuck  you’  that  is  what  you  get  if  you  mess  with  me.

Summary  of  aftermath  of  torture  in  Portugal  
 
 
After  I  was  released  by  pressure  of  other  politicians  in  Portugal  like  Antonio  
Guerres,  Prime  Minister  Antonio  Costa,  President  Lula  da  Silva  and  Rui  Rio.  I  went  to  
a  hotel.  I  barely  could  not  walk  nor  sleep.  I  was  suffering  from  withdrawal  of  the  
drugs  they  gave  me.  I  was  shaking,  I  had  to  go  to  a  general  practitioner  because  my  
legs,  hands  and  arms  did  not  stop  shaking,  I  was  vomiting,  and  could  not  breath.  The  
doctor  prescribed  me  lorazepam  because  he  thought  I  had  anxiety.  No,  I  was  
suffering  a  cardiac  arrest  and  fell  down  in  front  of  everyone  on  the  sidewalk  of  the  
premises  of  the  hotel  after  returning  from  the  pharmacy.  I  was  told  that  passerby’s  
called  the  ambulance  and  they  arrived  in  a  short  period  of  time  with  the  police.  I  do  
not  know  what  happened  until  I  woke  up  in  the  hospital  and  they  told  me  I  had  a  
cardiac  arrest.  In  the  hospital  my  heart  beating  was  not  normal  with  low  blood  
pressure,  high  cholesterol  and  almost  a  kidney  failure.  I  asked  the  medics  after  being  
the  first  three  weeks  and  they  said  that  it  depended  on  the  doctors  how  the  progress  
of  my  recovery  would  influence  my  release.  I  ended  up  spending  two  months  in  the  
hospital  after  my  full  recovery.  The  security  had  been  beefed  up  around  the  facility  
and  the  media  was  told  to  steer  away  from  the  area  for  my  privacy  and  protection.  
To  keep  me  protected  the  area  was  cordoned  off  by  the  military  and  no  one  could  
get  in  unless  they  had  approval  from  them.  Those  with  me  staged  a  plan  after  what  
happened  to  keep  me  protected.  The  right  even  had  doctors  in  the  hospital  that  
were  their  supporters  and  even  tried  influence  my  recovery  in  the  process  but  they  
were  stopped,  identified  and  murdered  by  the  security  services  and  never  got  to  the  
hospital  again  after  leaving  the  premises.  I  did  not  know  it  after  my  release,  I  was  
never  told  about  it  because  they  felt  it  would  me  affect  me  more  so  they  just  kept  it  
secret  and  told  me  later  after  I  left.  This  is  my  life  story,  it  may  sound  dramatic  but  it  
is  real.  There  are  videos  of  the  ambulances  coming  that  were  taken  by  the  people  
that  were  present.  The  responsible  of  this  torture  are  Donald  Trump,  John  Brennan,

Political  Prisoner  
 
 
The  CIA  hacked  into  my  emails  accounts  and  sent  emails  to  various  persons  in  
Puerto  Rico  threatening  them  under  my  name.  They  included  guns,  beheaded  
photos  of  different  cartels  and  knife  threatening  to  kill  them  all  under  my  name.  
Then  they  called  the  FBI  in  Puerto  Rico  and  arrested  me.  When  I  got  arrested  they  
knocked  the  door,  stole  my  cellphone,  my  jewelry  and  did  not  read  my  Miranda  
rights.  They  were  around  8  FBI  SUV’s  plus  three  police  cars.  It  happened  in  Tampa.  
They  took  me  to  a  small  room  in  the  FBI  offices  in  Tampa  and  I  spoke  to  the  agents.  
They  found  out  I  was  being  framed  and  they  told  me.  ‘We  are  just  soldiers  we  just  
have  to  do  out  job  if  we  are  told’  and  I  understood  that.  Then  they  sent  me  to  the  
judge  Thomas  Wilson  in  the  federal  court  of  Tampa.  I  remember  the  judge  saying.  
“You  have  drinking  problems  do  you?’  I  replied,  no  I  don’t  drink.  My  lawyer  
approached  me  and  told  me  stay  quiet  don’t  talk  they  are  all  framing  you.  Yes,  it  was  
the  resident  commissioner  of  Puerto  Rico,  Richard  Carrion  along  with  Bill  Clinton,  
Bill  Gates  and  the  CIA.  I  was  sent  to  Pinellas  county  jail.  They  took  my  glasses  in  
front  of  me  and  threw  them  in  the  trash.  I  was  like  ‘I  need  them,  what  are  you  doing’.  
Their  response  was:  “You  are  a  Latino  garbage’.  They  kept  me  in  a  room  without  
food  then  they  took  me  out  to  the  TV  room  and  jail  county  officer  Latino  officer  
approached  me  and  said  are  you  hungry?  I  said,  si,  mucho.  He  brought  me  food.  That  
county  food  that  sucks  but  oh  well  it  was  heaven  at  the  moment.  I  was  set-­‐up,  then  
they  sent  me  to  the  suicidal  watch  naked  with  a  plastic  rope  and  put  the  AC  on  high.  
I  could  not  sleep  for  almost  two  weeks  there.  I  slept  every  few  hours  a  day  only  and  
they  did  note  even  let  me  shower  for  that  period  of  time.  It  was  horrible  then  they  
took  me  to  a  cell  alone  and  that  was  when  the  white  trash  started  abusing  their  
powers  in  prison  with  me.  It  was  the  jail  officers,  they  threatened  with  killing  me,  
with  hitting  me  and  with  left  me  for  dead  by  starving.  A  few  days  passed  they  took  
me  to  the  Air  con  and  sent  me  to  Oklahoma.  The  Air  con  is  just  a  737  aircraft  without  
seatbelts  where  you  fly  handcuffed  from  the  wrist  to  the  ankles  and  hands.  The  
plane  stopped  in  Birmingham,  Alabama  where  more  prisoners  joined  us  in  the  
plane.  I  had  few  black  prisoners  next  to  me  but  I  won  their  trust  when  I  started  to  
talk  to  them  about  the  struggle  Martin  Luther  King  went  through  during  the  1960’s.  
I  covered  all  that  in  college  so  they  felt  pretty  good  about  it.  In  Oklahoma  I  was  well  
received  by  the  Mexicans,  Puerto  Ricans,  and  Black  prisoners.  Even  though  they  are  
segregated  in  prison  but  they  knew  something  wrong  was  happening  so  they  
stepped  up  to  help,  I  felt  protected.  I  spent  two  weeks  in  Oklahoma;  I  had  White  
Supremacist  as  a  cellie  from  Boston,  and  a  black  from  Cuba.  After  those  two  weeks  I  
was  sent  to  Puerto  Rico.  To  the  MDC,  I  was  well  received  too.  All  puertoricans  
protected  me,  they  were  great  I  spent  there  two  more  weeks.  When  I  went  to  court  
to  get  bail  I  got  bail  in  the  first  try,  it  was  a  Friday.  Then  the  prosecutor  called  and  
presented  a  motion  that  he  had  more  fabricated  evidence.  They  kept  me  in  jail  for  
that  weekend  too,  we  went  for  the  second  try  on  Monday  and  then  my  attorney  
silenced  everybody  in  the  courtroom.  I  was  being  framed,  the  prosecutor  looked  like  
a  little  kid  playing  in  a  playground.  My  attorney  called  the  AG  office  and  told  them.
