Coelho Do, Macau, do hereby MAKE, NAME, CONSTITUTE and APPOINT WIDE
CORPORATION, an entity duly organized and established under the laws of the Philippines, or
to any of its authorized personnel or representative, to be my true and lawful attorney, and for
that purpose in my name and in my behalf to do and execute all of any of the following acts,
deeds and things, to wit:
To transact, process, submit all my documents before the Department of Foreign Affairs,
Manila for its authentication; the documents includes my Form 137 and Certification issued by
the Department of Education (Philippines) as well as my College Transcript of Records and
Certification; and generally to do and perform all and every act and thing which may be
requisite, necessary or proper to carry out the above purposes including the authority to claim or
receive it and to acknowledge its receipt.
HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my Attorney-in-Fact full power and
authority to execute and perform all and every act requisite or necessary to carry into effect the
foregoing authority, as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could lawfully do if
personally present, and HEREBY RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING all that my said
Attorney-in-Fact shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue of these presents.
