Subject: Site Visit Conclusions and Compliance.

Dear Sir,

With Reference to the combined site visit carried by the Client, Consultant and Contractor on May 18,
2018. Following Points were discussed:

1. Client shall move the 11 KV Line from the vicinity of the Grid Station Area.
2. Metering/11 KV Rooms shall be shifted to the area Adjacent to the Main Road (2.5 m from the
Road). Layout Attached.
3. Netracon Shall Submit the Building Layout and the cost of the Building for the Approval from the
Client.

As per the above mentioned points, we request Client to move to the 11 KV line from the
vicinity of the Grid Station Area. The location and layout of New Metering Rooms is attached
with this letter for you review and approval. The detail of Submitted drawing is as follows:

The cost of New Rooms shall be Rs. 3,295,143/-. This cost is inclusive of Sales Tax and Income Tax. The
estimated time for this job is 20 days. The cost is provided on the basis of the referenced drawings. Any
change in drawing shall lead to the change in Cost and the duration.

It is requested to include this job in the existing contract.
