Terms & Condition:-
1- The credit period for corporate booking payment is 10 days from journey completion.
2- Purchase order for booking has to be raised at least 24 hours before the commencement of
journey.
3- In the event of a breakdown of the vehicle, ZipGo will try arranging an alternate vehicle.
However, there is no guarantee of providing an alternate vehicle.
4- In case ZipGo fails to provide an alternate vehicle, ZipGo will charge on the basis of Minimum
KM Limit per day. For example -If vehicle package is for 3 days and vehicle breakdowns on 3rd
day then the customer has to pay the full amount for Minimum KM Limit for 2 days and KM
run.
5- All Toll and Parking charges will be charged extra.
6- If the total vehicle's km run goes beyond km mentioned above, then the corporate will be
charged extra on the basis per KM/Hour charges.
7- Total number of the customer should be less than or equal to total number of passenger
seats in the vehicle.
8- The passenger has to inform ZipGo team before the commencement of service in case the
vehicle condition is not satisfactory.
9- Playing loud music in the vehicle is against the traffic laws and hence it is strictly prohibited.
10- Consuming liquor/illegal substance & carrying illegal substance inside the vehicle is strictly
prohibited.
11- an Additional day will be calculated after midnight.
12-Corporate will be charged 20% of the journey cost as a penalty in case of cancellation within
24 hours of journey commencement.
