Straighten out the beams with heat in diferents points.

Cut beams central union, cutting the longitudinal beams in the damaged area, install
new beams HEB, place and weld spreader straighten and re-welding in its initial
position. Return welded beams central junction with reinforcing gussets.
Dismantle twistlocks and liners, clean and unlock them, extract the bolts drilling them
and make the thread again to M-16.
Assemble olds twistlocks and olds sockeds and liners with new greasers
Straighten and unlock the manoeuvre plates and change the central one of 120x60mm..
Repair the protection of the bar trasmition open/close.

Load spreader in truck.

To repair one corner complete, renewing it plates for being damaged and weld.
Assemble olds twistlocks and olds sockeds and liners with new greasers
Straighten beams at different sites
Repair complete system open/close and protecctions.
Straighten and unlock the manoeuvre plates.
Mince the entire outer surface of the spreader to remove all scale.

and make the thread again to M-16.
Assemble olds twistlocks whit one new and olds sockeds and liners with new greasers
Straighten and unlock the open/close guides.
Straighten and unlock the manoeuvre plates and change the central one of 120x60mm.
Repair the protection of the bar trasmition open/close.
Resolder existing cracks in solder unions of the beams.

Unload spreader in workshop .

Check breakdown of spreader being damaged one of the dice for housing the twistlocks
affected by stroke.
Disassemble transmission rod and twistlock, given full scrap, repair and renovate given
straightening sheet metal, welding given into place.
Assemble complete set of twistlock shirt and new bumpers.
Assemble the entire system, check and adjust.

Build 6 stainless caps to cover the housings of the 4 heads and 2 housings of the short
beams. Mount caps with new stainless screws.
