Overview
The final artifact that I would like to include in my Elementary Portfolio Project is my SMART
board presentation that I created in my EDU 571 class. This artifact is very important to include as it
shows the skills that I have required in the creation of my author study, with the use of SMART
technology/software. For this task, we were required to teach ourselves the many different
components on how to create an engaging lesson for students. I am well aware that the SMART board is
used in many classroom in Ontario, and I look forward to applying my skills in the classroom. For my
SMART assignment, I created an author study on a very talented illustrator who illustrated for many
authors. I enjoyed completing this task and I feel confident that these skills will be used in my near
future.
