Go to machine showing conflict,

Go to Event Viewer (which you can get to via Start Control Panel| Administrative Tools Event Viewer) a

Look for a Tcpip error entry.

The entry will list a network address (actually a MAC address) which you can use to identify the
conflicting device,

On windows device do IPCONFIG /RELEASE followed by IPCONFIG /RENEW

On non-windows device restart the device.

Alternatively restart the DHCP
