ANEJO
Awarded the Double gold medal at the 2006 San
Francisco World Spirits Competition, our anejo is
aged for one year in new American oak barrels that
have been charred on the inside to lend a touch of
smoke to the vanilla and caramel flavors present in
our tequila. The bottle is red because red represents
wealth and prosperity in Mexico.
REPOSADO
Corralejo Reposado is “rested” for four months in
three different types of oak - French, American, and
Encino oak and represents a highly unique approach
to the use of wood for influencing our tequilas flavor.
Our master distiller, Don Leonardo picked the bottle
to be blue because the color blue represents healing.
BLANCO
We call this “la verdad” or “the truth” of tequila and
the true essence of the agave plant. Blanco comes
straight off of our copper pot still and is bottled
unaged. This best captures the authentic character of
the Blue Weber Agave.

ICONOCLAST
Hendrick’s is an iconoclastically produced small batch gin distilled in Ayrshire,
Scotland. Our unusual distillation process combined with our oddly delicious
set of infusions yields a one-of-a-kind gin that is passionately loved by a tiny
yet growing handful of individuals all over the world. No other gin tastes like it
because no other gin is made like it.
CRAFTSMANSHIP
The exceptional quality of The Balvenie is due to the fact that the
Balvenie Distillery retains and nurtures a high level of craftsmanship
that other malt whisky producers no longer employ: nowhere else
will you find a distillery that still grows its own barley, still malts in
its own traditional floor maltings and still employs coopers to tend
the casks and a coppersmith to maintain the stills.
SEA-WORTHY
This is man stuff. Filled with the grit, romance and heartbreak
that drives some men to do what most would not. There’s a
tension about port cities filled with men who consider
themselves on a mission to have a good time and return with
evidence of such. And it’s drawn into all of Sailor Jerry’s
tattoos. Keep your eyes out for his work, not in galleries,
but in bars and on the street. If you find yourself strangely
captivated by the girl on an old man’s arm, we suggest you go
ahead and offer to buy the guy a drink of Sailor Jerry Navy
Rum. Hopefully, he’ll be so impressed with your taste in rum, he
won’t punch you out and maybe he’ll tell you some stories.
