Safer techniques for running : midfoot running

For this lesson, you wanted to learn about safer ways to land on your feet. So together, we set out
to learn about midfoot running J . This was to correct the harmful heavy heel striking that
caused many injuries for you. This technique will help you run safer, happier and for longer!
