Send Salat and Salam with/for us Oh you who are
here Upon the Prophet of the Lunimous forehead
‫صلوا بنا يا حاضرين *** على النبى ضاوى‬
‫الجبين‬
Upon the Prophet the best of people
More beautiful than the moon
‫على النبى خير البشر *** من فاق فى الحسن‬
This is the Prophet most famous ‫القمر‬
He has surpassed all of the Messengers
‫هذا النبى المشتهر *** قد فاق كل المرسلين‬
This is the Prophet the trustworthy one
And by his light the time/age was enlightened
‫هذا النبى المؤتمن *** وبنوره ضاء الزمن‬
Grandfather of Husain and Hasan
And a mercy to all the worlds ٌ
‫ورحمة للعالمين‬ *** ‫جد الحسين والحسن‬
O Rawdha in which is the Imam
Al Mustafa, The chosen one, best of men
ً
‫روضة فيها الإمام *** المصطفى خير الأنام‬ ‫يا‬
How fortunate is he who visits the maqam
In a Rawdha in which is al-Ameen
‫يا سعد من زار المقام *** فى روضة فيها الأمين‬

Its scent is from the best perfume
In it is the Prophet, the Beloved
And for the hearts the best doctor
He healed the hearts of the believers
How fortunate is he who walks to him
And greets him standing in front of him
‫يا عطرها من خير طيب *** فيها النبى فيها‬
‫الحبيب‬
‫وللقلوب نعم الطبيب *** داوى قلوب المؤمنين‬
ً
‫مسلما بين يديه‬ ‫يا سعد من يمشى إليـ *** ــه‬

For there he does Salat and Salam ‫فهناك قد صلى عليـ ـ *** ــه مع الكرام‬
With the other noble visitors ‫الزائرين‬
How fortunate is he who calls out to him
In that most honoured place ‫يا سعد من ناداه فى *** ذاك المقام الأشرف‬

ِّ ‫يارب‬
Oh Rabb send Salat and Salam
‫صل مع السلام *** للمصطفى خير الأنام‬
On Mustafa, the best of creation

And on his noble family and companions ‫والآل والصحب الكرام *** ما سار ركب‬
As long as the visitors travel to him ‫الزائرين‬
 hen Driving or Durood 29 - on the perfections of Rasulullah
Conveyance ‫ ﷺ‬for expansion of the heart, removing of
burdens, for affairs to be made easy and for

adrihi wal-ardu jamee ‫ك ِّل َغي ٍْن‬ ُ ‫ـــز ِيل بِنُـــو ِر ِه‬ِ ‫ك ِّل َشي ٍْن ۝ َوالْ ُم‬ ُ ‫اثْنَي ِْن ۝ الْ ُمــنَ َّزهِ َع ْن‬
mati wassamaawatu
ubhaanahu wata‘aala ِ ‫الط ِر َيق ِة الْم ُْس َتقِي َم ِة ۝ الْه‬
‫َـــاش ِم ِّي‬ َّ ‫۝ ِذي الْ َف َضـــائ ِ ِل الْ َعمِي َم ِة ۝ َو‬
‫ِيف ۝ صَ لا ًة تَ ْش َر ُح ِب َها صَ ْد ِري ۝‬ ِ ‫الش ِر ِيف ۝ َوالْ ُق َر ِش ِّي الْ َعف‬ َّ
‫ـــر َهـــا َوم‬
ٖ ْ‫ـــم اللهِ مَ ـج‬
ِ ‫بِ ْس‬ ‫ك ِري ۝‬ ْ ‫َو َت َض ُع ِب َها ِو ْز ِري ۝ َو ُتي ّ َِس ُر ِب َها َأمْ ِري ۝ َوتَ ْرفَ ُــع ِب َها ِذ‬
‫َّر ِحـــيْ ٌم‬ ‫ك ِب َها فِي ُعـ ْم ِري ۝ َو َعلٰى آلِهِ َو َأ ْصحَابِ ِه‬ ُ ‫َوتُ ِدي ُم ِب َهـــا َأجْ ِري ۝ َوتُبَا ِر‬
aahaa inna Rabbi la-
َ ‫اجـــ ِه َو ُذ ّ ِريَّتِـــ ِه َأجْ ـ َمع‬
‫ِين‬ َ
ِ ‫ـــل بَ ْيتِ ِه َوأ ْز َو‬
ِ ‫َوأ ْه‬
َ

ding these three

Allah will protect
O Allah send Your special blessings upon our leader
nts and harm Muhammad, The Grandfather of Hasan and Husayn
and the best amongst men and jinn, the Imam of the two
Qiblahs1, the coolness of every eye, the glowing lamp of
the two realms, and the second of the two2. The one who
is free from every defect, and the remover of every evil with
his splendour. Possessor of every comprehensive virtue and
follower of the straight path. The Noble Hashimite and the
upright Quraishi3. Let this salaat (durood) be the means to
expand my bosom, and a means of : removing my burden,
my affairs to be made easy, my good reputation to be raised,
my reward to be continued and a means for my life to be
blessed. Salaat and Salaam upon his family, his companions,
his household, his wives and all his progeny

Wa maa qadarullaha haqqa qa
O Allah send Your special blessings upon our leader ‘an qabdatuhu yawmal qiyaam
Muhammad, such blessings that bring immediete relief matwiyyaatun biyameenihi, su
and salaat and salaam be upon his family in equal number ‘amma yushrikoon
of every unique secret

best of men, the dispeller of darkness and the Messenger of Allah The
Sovereign the Most Knowledgeable. The one who stood for prayer while

 DUA WHEN SEEING THE KA'BAH
FOR THE FIRST TIME

Upon looking at the blessed Ka'bah for the first time,

Shaykh Ibrahim Niass � said:

ْ ‫ِك‬
‫الح ََر ِام‬ َ ‫ك بِال َّن ْظ ِر إِلٰى بَ ْيت‬ َ ‫َاللَّه َُّم إِنّ ْي نَ َوي ُْت َأ ْن َأتَ َق َّر َب إِلَ ْي‬
‫ان يَ ْن ُظ ُر بِهَا ال َّن ِب ُّي صَ ل َّى الله َعلَ ْي ِه َو َس َّل َّم‬
َ ‫ك‬َ ‫بِال ّ ِن َّي ِة الَّتِ ْي‬

"O Allah! I intend to draw closer to You by looking

at Your Sacred House with the same intention by
which Your Prophet ‫ ﷺ‬used to look at it!".

fu bihar raana 'an quloobinaa wa tuyassiryu bihaa umoorana
wa tasturu bihaa 'uyoobana wa taghfiru bihaa dhunoobana wa
tuqdaa bihaa duyoonana wa tuzakkee bihaa nufoosana wa tun-
awwiru bihaa absaarana wa quloobanaa wa 'ala aalihi wa sallim

O Allah send Your special blessings upon our leader Muhammad,

such a blessing by which You remove the rust from our hearts,
make our affairs easy, and veil our faults and forgive our sins and
settle our debts and purify our inner selves and enlightgen our
sight and our hearts and may Salaat and Salaam be upon his
family ‫ﷺ‬

tunawwiru bihaa basaree wa baseeratee wa tuslihu bihaa
zaahiree wa sareeratee wa 'ala aalihi wa sallim, innaka 'ala kulli
shay-in qadeer.
O Allah send Your special blessings upon our leader Muhammad,
such a blessing through which You enlighten our outer sight
and inner insight, and reform our outer and deep inner-selves.
And may Salaat and Salaam be upon his family. Surely You have
power over all things

‫اق َنـا َوتَ ْغف ُِر بِهَا ُذنُ ْوبَنَـــا‬ َ ‫نُ ُف ْــو َس َنــا َو ُتح َِّس ُن بِهَا َا ْخ َل‬
‫ـــوبَنَا َوتَ ْش ِــف ْى بِهَــا َعلِ ْيلَ َنــا َوتَ ْقـــضِ ْى‬ ْ ‫َوتَ ْستُ ُر بِهَا ُع ُي‬
‫بِهَا حَ ـــاجَ َت َنـا َوتُ َو ّ ِس ُع بِهَا َا ْر َز َاق َنا َو ُتي ّ َِس ُر بِهَــا ُامُ ْو َرنَا‬
‫َوتَ ْق َب ُل بِهَا َا ْعـ َمالَ َنـــا َو ُتح َّق ُِق بِهَا آمَ الَ َنـــا َوتَ ْرفَ ُــع بِهَا‬
‫ك َرنَا َوصَ لَّى الل ُه َعلٰى َس ِّي ِدنَا مُحَمَّ ٍد َو اٰلِهِ َو َص ْح ِب ِه‬ ْ ‫ِذ‬

O Allah let this salaat (durood) be a means of bos-

oms to be expanded and our souls and spirits to be
purified, our faces, and character to be beautified, our
sins to be forgiven, our blemishes to be concealed, our
sick ones to be cured, our needs to be fulfilled, our
sustenance to be multiplied, our matters to be eased,
our good actions to be accepted, our aspirations to be
realised and our remembrance to be raised. And may
the blessing of Allah be upon our master Muhammad
and his family and companions
 DUA FOR THE UMMAH
Abul Abbas al-Mursi � said, “Al-Khadir � came to me once and
introduced himself to me, and I acquired from him the knowledge of the
souls of the believers, are they tortured or in bliss, so now even if a thousand
scholars argue with me about that, and say that he is dead, I would not go
back to believing what they say.”
He also said, “As for Al-Khadir � he is alive. And I have shaken his hand
with this palm, and he told me that everyone who says the following every
morning, will become one of the Abdal,

‎‫ـــر لِ ُامَّ ـــ ِة مُحَمَّ ٍد ﷺ‬

ْ ‫َاللّٰـــه َُّم ْاغ ِف‬
O Allah forgive the Ummah of Muhammad ‫ﷺ‬

َ َّ‫ُـــم َا ْصــلِ ْح ُام‬

‎‫ــة مُحَمَّ ٍد ﷺ‬ َّ ‫َاللّٰه‬
O Allah reform the Ummah of Muhammad ‫ﷺ‬

‎‫ـــن ُامَّ ـــ ِة مُحَمَّ ٍد ﷺ‬ َ ‫ُـــم َتج‬

ْ ‫َـــاو ْز َع‬ َّ ‫َاللّٰه‬
O Allah prevent calamaties from falling upon the
Ummah of Muhammad ‫ﷺ‬

‎‫ُـــم اجْ َعلْ َنا ِم ْن ُامَّ ـــ ِة مُحَمَّ ٍد ﷺ‬ َ

َّ ‫”اللّٰه‬
O Allah make us form amongst the Ummah
