    I hearby acknowledge and request the advanced salary as below:

    Ⅰ. The application period for the advanced salary is until 20th of each month.

    Ⅱ. The amount of advanced salary shall be deducted on the next salary.

    Ⅲ. The limitation of the advanced salary shall less than 20% of the contractual salary.

    Ⅳ. The last day of each month exchange rate shall be applied.

    V. Advanced salary shall be paid every 10th of each month.
