User Agreement ( "Contract offer" )

PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY.

By installing or otherwise using this this "SOFTWARE", You agree to the terms of
this User
Agreement.

This User Agreement ("Contract offer") is a legal agreement between you and Z3X-
TEAM with
regard to the software (henceforth referred to as "SOFTWARE PRODUCT" or "SOFTWARE"
provided with this Use Agreement (�Contract offer�).

This User Agreement is conditional upon, and can be accepted only upon, the terms
and
conditions specified in this User Agreement.

If User has previously proposed or subsequently proposes any terms that add to,
vary from, or
conflict with the terms of this User Agreement, Z3X-Team hereby objects to and
rejects such
terms.

This User Agreement and these Terms contain the entire understanding and agreement
of the
parties with respect to its subject matter and also the terms used in this User
agreement are
interpreted by the parties equally.

The SOFTWARE PRODUCT includes software, any "online" or electronic documentation.

Use of any software and related documentation ("SOFTWARE") provided to you by Z3X-
TEAM in
whatever form, will constitute your acceptance of these terms.

If you do not agree with the terms of this User Agreement, do not download,
install, copy or use
the "SOFTWARE".

Purpose of Use

Software is intended for the servicing of mobile phones with purpose to improve
your phone�s
performance and increase its value.

This Software will be (or may be) updated on a regular free basis or paid basis. We
have right to
modify or withdraw, temporarily or permanently, the whole/any part of this Software
with or
without notice.

Restrictions on Use

Software or some of its features may be considered as illegal in some countries.

When you start using the software, you confirm that you are familiar with the laws
and restrictions
in the region / country where you use the software.

You acknowledge and agree that you are the legal owner of the computer or device
onto which
the software is installed.

You agree to the terms of this agreement and acknowledge that Z3X-Team is not
responsible for
any damage to you or your device, as well as for any legal or legal consequences
that may result
of the using, abuse or misuse of this software.

You are notified and agree that the team of Z3X-Team does not approve and
categorically
opposes the use of the software for illegal purposes.

Even the legal use of this product, if it violates the rights of third parties, is
prohibited.

Limitations

This software, artwork, sound, and additional components included in this product
(collectively
referred to herein as the "Software") are the property of Z3X-Team.

Z3X-Team is the sole owner of Software. User have right to use the "Software" only
on own
computer or device onto which the software is installed.

User shall not reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, translate, copy, modify,

otherwise
change "Software", or part thereof (including without limitation any software
provided by Z3X-
TEAM).

User shall have no right to try attempt any other manner obtain source code for any
"Software"
provided by Z3X-TEAM.

User shall have no right to transmit the �Software� over a network, by telephone or
electronically
using any means.

You acknowledge and agree that if you use partly, wholly or platformally upgraded
software,
software algorithm or upgraded software algorithm, you will be obliged to indemnify
Z3X-Team
material damage caused by, but not limited to, the above actions.

Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitations on Liability

The "Software" is provided "AS IS" AND Z3X-TEAM and suppliers that sell "Software"
disclaim all
warranties, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied
warranties of
merchantability,
fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement.

Z3X-TEAM has no obligation to support or to provide any updates of the Software.

Z3X-TEAM does not warrant that the functions contained in, or services performed or
provided by,
the "SOFTWARE" will meet your requirements, that the operation of the "SOFTWARE" or
services
will be uninterrupted or error free, or that defect in the "SOFTWARE" or services
will be corrected.

No oral or written information or advice given by Z3X-TEAM or Suppliers have no

binding
guarantee.

If the "SOFTWARE" is found to be defective, you assume all the cost of all the
necessary
maintenance, repair or repair.

Trademarks and Copyright

All trademarks and logos mentioned in this software belong to their owners, third
party brands,
product names, trade names, corporate names and company names mentioned may be
trademarks of their respective owners or registered trademarks of other companies
and
are used for purposes of explanation, without implying a violation of copyright
law.

Consent to Use of Data

You agree that we may collect and use technical data and related information -
including but not
limited to technical information about your Device, system and application
software, and
peripherals - that is gathered periodically to facilitate the provision of software
updates, product
support, and other services to you (if any) related to the Software.

We may use this information, as long as it is in a form that does not personally
identify you, to
improve our products or to provide services or technologies to you.
