Documentation
• Shares will be held in a demat account opened in investor’s name with Axis
Bank Limited

• Following documents are required:

o 2 self-attested copies of:

▪ PAN card (Permanent Account Number)

▪ Aadhaar card

▪ Residential address proof (Passport/Aadhaar/Driving License/Voter Id)

o 2 passport size photographs

Taxation

• India has an attractive taxation regime for equity investors:

• Long term capital gains (more than 12 months) are taxed @ 10% on gains

above INR 1,00,000 and dividends upto INR 10,00,000 is exempt from Income

Tax

• Short term capital gains are taxed @15%

Management Fee
Management fees will be as follows:

Fixed Management Fee: 2% per annum (0.5% per Quarter)

and

Performance Fee: 10% share of the returns above 10% per annum

Minimum investment to avail our Portfolio Management Services is INR

5,000,000/- for Indian nationals.
