Power Plant Maintenance Activities

Operations:

The Engine # 1 is continues in Operation having a good operating parameters and

we observed the leaking of Lubrication Oil Purifier on top cover and we replace the
O-ring. While the Engine No. 2 we energize the Engine for test run for 1 hr. to check
the abnormalities of the temperature and Pressure.

Mechanical and Electrical Activities

 Power Wash No. 1 & 2 LFO Fuel Tank bay flooring

 Repair the fuel tank dips stick
 Trouble shoot the PLC Problem of the Computer.
08/08/2018

 Painting No. 2 Exhaust boiler

 Servicing of Generator Set # 2 suctions Fan
 Servicing of Cummin’s Engine for 350 running hrs. PMS)

08-09-2018

 Continue working on No. 1 & 2 purifier linking lubrication line and

installation of valves

08-10-2018

 Cleaning of Cooling Tower reservoir

 Replace the Mechanical Seal of HFO purifier transfer tank and servicing
 Test Run Engine # 2.

 Continue working the Lube Oil separator linkages
