Observations:

1. In all skills/traits’ aspect desired or expected from a graduate or student of MPA, leadership,
effectiveness, efficiency and open-mindedness, top the survey garnering 11% each of the survey.

2. This is followed by systemic approach to management and process approach delivery in 10%.

3. Stress management got 9% and costumer focus together with decisions based from data and
analysis got 8% respectively.

4. Lastly data on Negotiation skills, Resilience and Empathy got 5%, 4% and 2% respectively.
