Greetings!

I would like to request from your good office to please excuse Mr. Nikko P. Sayre for
he will be absent on August 15-17, 2018 to attend the Barangay Newly Elected Officials 2018
General Orientation Program for Grassroot Renewal & Empowerment for Accountable &
Transparent Barangays. In line with the implementation of Republic Act No. 10742 otherwise
known as SK Reform Act of 2015, SK Officials are entitled to attend Mandatory and Continuing
Training Programs (Chapter V, Section 27) for the purpose of emphasizing the role of the youth
in nation-building and molding them to become better citizens. This is tremendous opportunity
for Mr. Sayre to acquire additional knowledge to impart to the youth in the barangay as well as
in the whole Province of Siquijor.

In this connection, we are hereby hoping for your kind consideration regarding this
matter. Attached herewith is the schedule of the said training and the Certificate of Appearance
shall be given right after the three days training.
