1. INTRODUCTION
Department of school education portal www.cse.ap.gov.inwas developed to bring all information
related to education on a single platform. It was desired to monitor all data to make education an
ennobling experience.

Various measures are being taken to enhance the performance of the students. Health of a student
being an important part Government has made it compulsory for students to take vaccination. Hence it
is desired to develop a mobile application to capture vaccinated student’s details.

2. OBJECTIVE
To receive requests from school department personnel on issues faced at ground level while accessing
various applications developed to capture/update/edit data.

3. SCOPE
The scope of this document is to explain the process of filing request and tracking the status.

6. PROCESS – To register and track a request.

Log on to http://cse.ap.gov.in/

The below shown screen is displayed. Click Login as shown in the image below.

Enter your login credentials in the screen shown below.

You will be directed to the following screen. Click Request Tracking System as shown below.

You will be directed to the screen displayed below. From Menu Click Services as shown in the
below screen.

From the drop down menu select New Request as shown below.

The following screen is displayed. Select Request Module option as shown in the below screen.

From the drop down menu, select the relevant module, as shown below.

Select Request Type from the drop down menu.

Click Submit to file your request.

On successful submission of request, the following screen is displayed. An RTS number is

displayed which is sent via Message and mail to the Phone/mail mentioned in RTS.

To check the status of the request filed, go to Service in menu bar and select RTS Ticket as
shown below.

7. CHANGE MANAGEMENT PROCEDURES

This document is meant for usage by the Department of School Education team and shall be the basis
for using of raising and tracking a Request raised by various stake-holders of Education Department. Any
changes made to the requirements in future shall have to go through a formal change approval process,
wherever necessary and shall not make any alterations without the permission of the client and the
development team.
