II.1 Coordinates in the Opening and Culmination of Buwan ng Wika 2018 school
activities.
II.3 Serves as member of school medical committee during District Athletic Meet.
II.4 Administer Q1 periodical test in all grade 3 subjects.

IV. FINDINGS/ ANALYSIS :

IV.1 Parents of the different class contestants are very supportive.

IV.2 Medicines given to indigent pupils were supplied through school MOOE Funds.
IV.3 There’s no budget /allocation of medicines during the District Athletic Meet.
IV.4 Grade III-Narra Electronic Class Record accomplished.
V.RECOMMENDATION:

V.1 Teachers should always tap parents /stakeholders for their wholehearted support
in all school activities.
V.2 Functional school clinic with medicines is a must through MOOE Funds. .
V.3 Medicines for any district activities must be included in the budget.
V.4 Updated FORM 138 through school MOOE Funds.
