Chapterstt Board Of Management, Jord of Manegement—{1) On the commencement of this Act, Government Shall, constitute a Board tq be known as the Board of Management to control, Supervise and administer the! Fund, established under section 7 of this Act. (2) The Board shall consist of the following, namely (@) Chaitman (b) Secretary to Government, Finance Member Degartment; (c) Secretary td Govarnment, Law, Member Parilamentery Affairs and Human Rights Department: (d) Secretary) to Government, Member Establishment Department: (e) Seoreiny —to__—_Governmment, Member Administration Departmert: () Secretary to. Government, Higher Member Education, Archives and Librery Department; Secratary te. Government, Elementary Member and dary | Education Department; (h) Secretary to Government Heath Member Department: (Accountant General of the Khyber Member Pakhtunkhwa:285_KHYBER PAKETUT 6° NOVEMBER, 2014 ) two representatives of the cWil Members servants (one from BPS-O2 te 16 and the other from BPS-47 and above) to be nominated by Government for a period of two years; anc (kK) an Additiong!
