That I, MARIA VICTORIA N. REGONDOLA, of legal age, Filipino,

married, and a resident of Block 3, Lot 3, Hanna St., Villa Quintana Executive
Homes, Bgy. San Agustin, Trece Martires City, Cavite, and ELIZABETH G.
JONSON, of legal age, married, Filipino, and a resident of B1 L12 Ph 2, Casa
Amaya 2, Tanza, Cavite do hereby NAME, CONSTITUTE AND APPOINT
CARLO L. GUANZON, likewise of legal age, single, Filipino and a resident of
Bgy. San Pedro, Puerto Princesa City, Philippines, to be our true and lawful
Attorney-in-Fact, for us and in our behalf, name, place and stead, to do and
perform the following:

1. To CLAIM and RECEIVE our Philippine Passport from the Office

Department of Foreign Affairs – Puerto Princesa City, Palawan;

2. To SIGN, EXECUTE and ACKNOWLEDGE all pertaining papers and

documents in relation thereto;

3. To perform such acts as maybe necessary and required in the execution

and accomplishment of the powers given to him.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto said Attorney-in-fact, full power and
authority to perform each and every act and thing whatsoever requisite or
necessary to be done in and about the premises, as fully to all intents and
purposes as our might or could do if personally present and acting, and hereby
ratifying and confirming all that our said Attorney-in-fact shall lawfully do or cause
to be done under by virtue of these presents.
