PORTABLE DETECTOR BUMP TEST & CALIBRATION

REPORT
THE OWNERS MANUAL FOR THE DETECTOR PROVIDES ACCURATE INSTRUCTION AS TO HOW THE UNITS IS CALIBRATED. THE
MANUAL INSTRUCTIONS SHOULD BE PRESENT AND FOLLOWED. BE SURE TO REMOVE THE FLOW VALVE AFTER USE, AND CHECK
THAT THE CYLINDER IS NOT LEAKING.

for accuracy. All sensor elements are working properly

Retest. If the sensor still fails, complete an AFN and take out of service.
