Test No. Description Result Remarks

1 Check actuator data and valve data.
2 Connect power supply to actuator terminals.
3 Select LOCAL-REMOTE selector to LOCAL.
4 Note the torque set value and position setting with the IQ setting tool.
Turn OPEN-CLOSE knob to OPEN, ensure valve in fully open position. Check

OPEN Icon & RED LED display on the actuator.
Turn OPEN-CLOSE knob to CLOSE, ensure valve in fully close position. Check

CLOSE Icon & GREEN LED display on the actuator
7 Engage STOP button to cancel command while actuator is running
8 Select LOCAL-REMOTE selector to REMOTE.
9 Send OPEN command by momentarily contact between terminal (5 to 35)
Ensure valve in fully open posiiton. Check remote indication limit switch

contacts.
11 Send CLOSE command by momentarily contact between terminal (5 to 33)
Ensure valve in fully close posiiton. Check remote indication limit switch

contacts.
13 Engage STOP button to cancel command while actuator is running
Engage Hand-Auto lever and check for manual handwheel operation of actuator

and valve. Check for manual turning direction.

This equipment has been inspected and functionally tested and is accepted and released
for shipment
