AFFIDAVIT OF SELLER/TRANSFEROR

I, NIÑA JEAN ABING, Filipino, of legal age, single and a resident of Ilihan,
Macrohon, Southern Leyte, Philippines, representing GLICERIA M. TIMBANG,
pursuant to the Special Power of Attorney (SPA) hereto attached, after having
been duly sworn to in accordance with law, do hereby depose and say:

1. That the portion of land I sold to HELEN M. SCHULTZ with an area of 3,478
Sq.M. under Doc No. 15, Page No. 3, Book No. III, Series of 2015, Notary
Public of Atty. Neil Arvin B. Obligado, dated January 30, 2015, is our
retention area of not more than five (5) hectares;

2. That the proposed transfer is not intended to circumvent the agricultural

landholding ceiling rule;

3. That the subject lands are not tenanted nor a subject under agricultural
leasehold;

4. That the lands are not covered by a Notice of Coverage.
