DMV; Perfect timing on sending this, In June. my 86-year-old dad stood and waited 2.5 hours
outdoors in the San Francisco chill to renew his license. Got up to counter and was told, "sorry.
sir, we can't process anymore.” Why do taxpayers have to put up with this inhumane treatment
to people. especially the elderly? It would cost them no time/effort to intervene the Line at some
point and send people home. My dad parked far away. walked alone in the cold with a heart
condition in a crappy neighborhood. People should be appalled and marching in front of all
DMVs and the capitol to protest this bulishitDMV Comments

When Ive gone to the DMV too many stations are not occupied by staff: the people working
there get up and leave their stations and dont return for iong periods of time. Any other place of
business that managed their employees like this would go out of business
