1.The purpose of the cooperation:

Party B must advertising on his platform each week

2. Gvgmall Promoters & Conditions:

Keep in touch: Party A and Party B should be keep in touch if necessary. If there is a
special circumstances, please notify each other in advance.

II. Payment terms.PartyB will get €200 for this month.This contract will be valid
from 01/03/2018to 31/03/2018 after both parties signed.

III. Partner A pay according to agreement:

a. Party A has right to terminate this contract if PartyB break this include other rules in this
contract.

b. If Party B finish target and Party A will cooperate with B with €300 next month

C. Party B obligation:
I.Party B unconditionally accepts and will cooperate with Party A's promotion plan.

II. Maximize promote the website of Gvgmall (one/two or more social media channel for
Gvgmall)

III . PartyB have obligation to advertise for partyA during cooperation days with Party A offered
URL and websites.Offer party A weekly report about the work states and process.

D. Party A rights:

If PartyB breached the agreement,Party A has the rights to terminate contract, and
has the rights to refuse to pay the remaining amount.

E. Party B rights:

According to the terms of this contract,after party B has finished all ad promotions,
PartyA must pay all advertings fees.
