LS , CS Capping is in progress ,DPT of back pass completed , Back pass


welding in progress , RT is planned the day after tomorrow dated :

welding with shell in Progress , Connection welding of Manhole Pad , 2
inch Pad flange , PRV connection Roto Gauge temperature and
pressure gas fitup and welding pending ,Plateform and ladder
completed and their pads ftup with shell pending.

2 nos LS need to rectify , first dish end with shell fit up is in progress ,
connection ,marking and bevelling is ready , Saddle is ready , ladder
and plateform is ready ,name plate required.

CS Fit up not cleared , rework required ,ist dish end welding complete
and second dish end fit up is in progress ,and no further work from
contractor , and he is not willing to work further on this tank

All shell LS fitup is done , Shell to shell fitup completed , filling is in


progress, dish end bended petals are available in the work shop , dish
end fabrication pending at contractor ends ,

FAS team has finished the job on site. The client has still to pay 1.5
millions, compliance is ready, recieved in FAS I, waiting for Mr. Nadeem
for signing the compliance and will then be dispatched to karachi

Dishends dispatched back to Suppress Engg. for improving the quality


and size correction, Mr.Naveed visited to inspect the dishends, dia of
dishends is fine but still uneven surface and wrinckles were observed, QC
team has declared the dishends rejected; further work for dishends have
been shifted to Imran engg for forming. The correspondent has
acknowledged to give dishends by 23-5-2015 but the work has not been
done yet.

For tank 1,root, filling & Capping of CS joints of shell is done & for tank 2,
rooting of CS joints is in progress; Marking and Cutting of petals &
crowns of both heads is done, Bending of petals & crowns of both heads
done.Fitup of one dishend is in progress;Detail of connections has been
ordered as per hamza; will be recieved by 30-6-2015
DPT of back pass of both tank's shells is done;Back pass welding for both
shells is done; Capping in streamlines of LS & CS joints of shells for both
tanks is done;backpass of CS joint for shell to dishend of both tanks is in
progress;Cleaning of both tanks for RT is done ;Rt of Both Tanks is done
expect few CS joints;Remaining joints RT expected to be done tonight;
Marking & cutting of connections other than manhole is done.Fit up
andWelding of manhole & Pad flanges is done;The test results for the
sample have been recieved and are satisfactory. The documentation for
WPS/PQR (impact tested), MTC and NDE procedures is in progress; for
flanges and couplings; material procured was being rejected again from
QC, but it is accepted by third party after MTC review. 3 saddles fitup has
been done, rib plates attached,4th saddle fabrication is in progress;
Plateform C channels fitup is done (cross) welding is in progress. Some
length of seamless pipes like dia 2'',3'' & 4'' have been recieved on site &
it is accepted QC as well as third party inspector.WNRF flanges fitup to
seamless pipe in progress.

Ready to dispatch; waiting for balance clearance; client acknowlged for


payment till 2/6/2015
